We were dreaming about renovating our house for a long time, watching different remodeling shows, new design ideas and trends and finally we decided to do it! I started to look for a designer because I wanted a complete makeover and needed professional advice! Finding Victoria Gerts was a big success because she’s so passionate about her job, really talented designer and a positive, fun loving person. Her style is modern sophisticated design with a special attention to details. She gets to know her clients’s needs and interests and works closely with them every step of the project. My favorite part was that we didn’t have to run around multiple stores or scroll through websites to look for furniture or other things because everything was done by Victoria we only had to choose from the best options thoughtfully selected for us. The result was just WoW totally exceeded our expectations! We wouldn’t have done it by ourselves for sure! Now we enjoy our beautifully renovated home every day and can’t even believe that this is our home because it feels like vacation in an expensive hotel! We found Victoria when we were hunting for someone who could spearhead a project that required a bit of renovation as well as some interior redesign. Victoria wore both hats extremely well. She was a diligent project manager, coordinating vendors and contractors alike. And her attention to detail showed through every step of the process. In the beginning she asked thoughtful questions about us and our taste and prepared several beautiful mood boards for us based on those conversations. She was quick to revise design ideas based on our opinions and budget and always had a backup plan for when something in the renovation process inevitably went wrong. I think what made the process so enjoyable is that it always felt like a collaboration, Victoria never insisted we couldn't do something or outright rejected our ideas. But in the end she created a space that would never have been able to conceive of ourselves. It feels new but also familiar, and we love it!

Our children's rooms (4 yo girl and 6 yo boy) needed a major make over. We needed help with space planning and ideas to make the rooms practical as well as fun and inspiring to grow along with kids. We were hoping to make more space and storage for children's toys, school work as well as other personal belongings. I knew I needed a professional advise and vision to complete the project. Meeting with Victoria Gerts was very pleasant and easy going. Her patience, calm demeanor and brilliant vision made the experience very pleasant. She was always available via phone and/or email. I liked the fact that she had met my children and asked them what they liked and caught on to their personalities and hobbies to make their rooms more personal and enjoyable. After all they were her real clients. After seeing the final outcome kids were at owe. They really enjoy their rooms now and want to spend more time there. They have wonderful work stations, and plenty of play and storage space. They also notice a beautiful design which completely matches their personalities. It is very playful and inspiring but at the same time not too childish just like we discussed it. We enjoy every little detail / furniture pieces chosen / recommended by Vicotira and are very happy with the outcome. I engaged Victoria to guide me with my living room redesign project. I needed to separate my living room from the dining room area and redecorate the space. Personally I could not see the complete project and did not know what would look good in my room. Victoria presented great ideas and I selected those that worked for me. I loved the lighting options she provided. I struggled with selecting lighting myself in the past. Victoria pointed me to a couple of beautiful pieces that I get tons of compliments on.
