Heather did an amazing job designing our family room, dining room, and living room. The old owners went with a French country kitchen and she really had to work around that to add modern coastal elements. Everything came out beautifully and she was always really helpful and responding back right away.

I would not recommend and here's why: Heather measured our wall for our bathroom wall incorrectly and then ordered custom cabinets. When they came in, they did not fit. In the end, the makeup area I had wanted was too small and doesn't even fit a stool. (She also measured the stool incorrectly) The bed she ordered is too small to fit our mattress. We have a Calif King and we went over this multiple times and she assured me the bed would fit. It's too small. She ordered wallpaper but never checked that she ordered the correct amount. When it was finally time to install (a month after they were delivered), the installer told me she needed twice as much. Another delay. She ordered custom cabinets but did not ask our contractor to check behind the wall first. When the cabinets came in, we could not install them because of a beam behind the wall. We ate that cost. She built us a walk in closet but she doesn't do closet insides so we had to hire another professional for that. Annoying. She designed our walls to be beige on one wall and white on the other. When the paint went up I told her it did not look good. She reminded me that I okay'd the colors initially (a paint sample) and said when the accessories go in, it would be better. It wasn't. With all the problems that came up, it was always someone else's fault. She never once took any responsibility for her mistakes, like not being able to measure correctly. Her designs were okay, but if you hire her, double check everything she does and tells you.

My husband and I hired Vision to create 3 bathrooms- including a complete reconfiguration of the primary bath. We each had our own list of “must haves.” Heather did an amazing job combining different elements to come up with a design that we both loved! She did a superb job of planning spaces to be both luxurious and practical. We love our new baths with custom tile!

Heather was able to identify our taste right away and designed according to it. She was able to work with our budget . Most importantly, she is easy to work with. We love the look of our new home!

Heather was an amazing partner for our full home renovation. We found Heather on Houzz and immediately appreciated her vision for our home and her willingness to work within our budget. She understood what we were looking for even when we had difficulty articulating it. Heather shared 3D renderings that allowed us to visualize the completed home and select our furniture in one go. She was very targeted when selecting our materials, which saved us a bunch of time and was greatly appreciated considering our busy schedules. Heather kept all the furniture we had selected in a warehouse then came in with her team and pulled the entire house together in one day (she was also willing to iterate on several of the furniture pieces during the selection process, was flexible on the day when she saw how things were coming together, and even helped coordinate returning things after install day). Finally, Heather introduced us to the general contractor who managed the renovation and was also a pleasure to work with. I'd also be remiss if I didn't mention her great team, two of whom we worked with closely: Nichole made a trip to the house to help us select paint colors and troubleshoot, and Nayeli made several trips to help with furniture replacements. Thanks to Heather and her team, we often find ourselves looking at our home and wondering how we got so lucky!

Heather Bull has the ability to look at a room and see the possibilities! She took my kitchen and bathroom out of the 80s and gave me a modern concept that makes me smile every time I walk into the room. I am so happy with the results! During the project, Heather called me to let me know we had supply/delivery issues with getting the countertop I had ordered. To avoid a possible delay in my project, she met me at the design center and had several new options picked out that were confirmed in stock and available. I love my new rooms and I can picture living here for another 20 years! Heather was easy to work with, very professional, and has great support from Nayeli in the office. Nayeli was my contact for status and updates on all orders, and whenever I had a question, I would text or call her and she would respond right away. We just completed a project with Vision Interiors (Heather Bull). We could not be more pleased with the result!! From start to finish, this was an excellent experience. We just bought a home and needed to redecorate the downstairs of the house. We had already painted, placed new carpets and redid our floors, so we mostly needed design advice and all new furniture. We had a certain look and feel in mind, but knew that we needed help to make it all work beautifully together. Our budget was modest and I looked for a very long time on Houzz to find an interior designer that would work professionally with us at a reasonable cost and would also have a great sense of style. I even interviewed/met with several designers. Vision Interiors was highly rated and their reviews were spot on. From the moment Heather came to our home for a first meeting, she was professional and great to work with. She totally understood what we needed and how to get us through from start to finish in the most painless way possible. She was very focused on what we liked, not imposing her taste on us, which was great. When their were some aspects of her renderings that we might not have liked and wanted to change, she totally understood, was very flexible and let me select examples of things I liked, some of which we ended up using. My wife and I first contacted Heather Bull through Houzz in January 2018 for a whole house remodel. We did all the due diligence one would expect and the reviews were all the same, Heather was great to work with, professional, and very skilled in her trade. Now here I am today with our remodel complete and I can't even begin to explain how awesome it was to work with Heather. From the discovery meetings to picking out materials to the constant questions we would have Heather always listened and had perfect recommendations for what we were looking for. Heather provided renderings and layouts which the contractor and subs complimented us on her attention to detail. She also recommended an engineer which we used for structural plans who was a pleasure to work with and very reasonably priced. Heather brings your vision to life, listens very well, and is flexible and fun to work with. If you're looking for great designs and a great experience Heather and her team should be top of the list! I reached out to Heather in late 2017 to inquire about her interest in our interior decorating project. We intended to trade out essentially all of our furnishings, given that we had just purchased this new home in Huntington Beach. My wife and I readily admit, we don't have strengths in designing the interior we hoped for, but we believed we would "know it when we saw it." So the challenge was to describe what we were looking for to an expert who could interpret it and apply their expertise to our descriptions. Heather was just that expert. At our first meeting, she listened attentively, taking copious notes. She then brought a stream of ideas back to us, and Barb and I would simply select (or decline). Bottom line, we love our home and the "beach elegant" feel that Heather gave it. I highly recommend her for the sensational work she did for us!

Heather made over our small "great room" and loft and she did a wonderful job. She came up with a terrific plan and switched up our dining area and living space in a layout that we would never have thought of. We now have room for our guests to come over, new window treatments, furniture, a custom built in wine bar/cabinet/fridge and space for our new 75 inch TV and a lovely desk/chair/artwork in the loft. I would highly recommend Heather Bull for anyone who is doing anything from re-decorating to full construction and renovation. First of all she has great listening skills and she never tries to oversell. My project was reflective of what I valued, my style and my lifestyle. Heather not only drew up plans for the remodeling my kitchen, she was very creative, provided great guidance and resources. She amazed me with her technical skills at drafting the plans, and worked so well with contractors staying involved in every decision and providing her expertise and suggestions. She was great at décor as well, helping to select furniture, recovering pieces, art, lighting, etc. I felt that she was able to listen to what I liked and gently guided me to options that would work well together. She's also able to work within your budget. If you want to go high quality in some rooms and lower budget in others, she was able to pull together the look. She's great at her craft, knowledgeable, creative and skilled, but most importantly just a pleasure to work with.

Heather is a true professional. She LISTENS before speaking, which is often lacking in designers (in my experience). She offers honest opinions, even when she is not sure how they will be received. She is detail oriented, and always punctual. She did a wonderful job on my kitchen remodel, and gave great tips for both my bathrooms too to help update one of them to ADA, even though I hadn't officially hired her to do them. She will communicate with contractors on your behalf, and takes great notes which comes in handy when contractor's "forget" details. I highly recommend her.

When I first contacted Heather at Vision Interiors for the remodeling of our kitchen and dining room, I was extremely impressed with her professionalism and knowledge of interior design. We shortly thereafter met for a consultation at my home, where she provided great insight and understood the theme and direction I was heading with the remodeling. I am opening a restaurant in Laguna Beach . The space is unique and cozy but I wanted to make it more spacious and sleek. Heather was able to completely capture my vision . From the light fixtures to the floors and everything in between . I am in love with her design. We are putting in an onyx stone bar and its difficult to pair with all the wood that i wanted in the space but Heather made it happen. I have a very clear idea of what i wanted my restaurant to look like and am pretty set in my way but there were gaping wholes in my vision . Heather was able to very quickly fill in the gaps and make it a complete and cohesive look. Can't recommend her enough!!! The bathroom is to die for we it both compliments the dinning room and has its own unique aesthetic . Love it all !

Heather embodies professionalism at the highest level. She is prompt, knowledgeable, and develops a great connection with her client in a very short time. I am tackling a major project to remodel my kitchen and three bathrooms. I have a vision but had difficulty in translating that vision into reality. My contractor connected me to Heather. She came to my house for an initial 2-hour consultation. I had a long list of questions which Heather answered quickly utilizing her vast knowledge. We connected well and I felt she really understood my vision. After much frustration in shopping alone, I hired Heather again. We spent 3 ½ hours in finding everything I needed for the kitchen and the bathrooms. I knew our collaboration was working when several times we would point to the same item. We had a productive day and I felt so relieved that major decisions were made. When I got home, I had an email that Heather had already sent to my contractor summarizing everything. I was so impressed at her promptness. In hindsight, I should have hired an interior designer from the beginning. It would have saved me lot of time and frustration. The money spent is well worth it. We hired Vision Interiors to design our house back in March and they have done an incredible job. Our project was so large that I was overwhelmed but Heather was wonderful-she did all the hard work and let me be involved in all the fun parts! Vision Interiors worked great with me! I didn't know where to begin decorating my house, but they helped me find a theme and from there we found the pieces that would make my home decor complete! These women know what they're doing! The thought of trying to decorate my house overwhelmed me. I had my artwork just sitting on my floor for a year before I called them! They were able to help me make my house look like a place to live in instead of a barren bachelor pad. They are professional with great ideas!
