Von Fitz Design are delightful in two important ways: they design spaces that delight and they are a pleasure to work with. They really understand the materials they work with and bring out subtle and interesting qualities. I really would be happy to work with them for the rest of my career. We were having difficulty with our initial kitchen / dining room design when we began, but once Annie and Maria got involved everything fell into place. Initially we fell in love with the work on their website. Then when we met them, we were taken with how easy they were to talk to, how they listened to us and how the ideas they began to spitball so quickly reflected our style. They ultimately came up with a design that hadn't been considered, which immediately reflected our taste and achieved the flow we were looking for. They readily communicated with us, whenever we had questions and regularly came to the site to work with our contractor to make sure all details were executed as planned. They make the perfect team. They're super easy to work with, they listened to our needs and concerns and effortlessly worked those into innovative designs that they intuitively seemed to know what we would love. We wouldn't think twice about using them again and we can't recommend Annie and Maria enough!

Maria and Annie of Von Fitz Design were the consummate professionals but, more importantly, they were excellent listeners, collaborators and unparalleled visionaries in creating our exquisite home.. They were able to take my husband's and my different ideas and styles and marry them together for a cohesive look we were both thoroughly thrilled with. They made our house a beautiful home and we are eternally grateful to them both.

I have now worked with Von Fitz Design on two homes and I can't say enough positive words about Maria and Annie. They have great taste and amazing design skills, but they also keep a close eye on budget and are always aware of your own personal taste. They listen extremely well and tailor their recommendations to your own personal aesthetic. I always tell people: "they help me be my best self." They are also very creative and make recommendations I never would have thought of, such as reorienting a room. I can't recommend them highly enough. I almost never write reviews, but Maria and Annie have been so instrumental to my happiness with my home (twice!), that I felt compelled to tell the Houzz community.

I have enjoyed working with Von Fitz Design on a very large project in Studio City. The project is high end / modern design --their specialty! They are detailed., creative and pleasant to work with. After moving into a new house, my husband and I worked with Annie and Maria over a two-year period to renovate and decorate our living room, dinning room and den. They were such a joy to work with. They are a great team and understood our tastes almost immediately. They also knew when to push us outside of our comfort zone. We get compliments on the interior decoration of our house all the time. The decor is definitely an expression of my husband and I, however, we couldn't have done it without VonFitz Design.
