We had such a great experience working with Katrina! We contacted Katrina in hopes of making our living and dining room areas a more cohesive space. We couldn't be happier with the outcome, it's beautiful! We struggled with the layout of the space, where to place a large piano, and how to bring our styles together. She helped my husband and me realize that we do actually have a design style! Instead of trying to hide the piano, she suggested making it the focal point of the room. We had never thought of that, and it just makes so much sense. She was so responsive throughout the whole process, even as we worked on the project through a pandemic! She was very patient with us and was always willing to answer our questions. Now that we have seen the finished space, we hope to do more projects with Katrina so the rest of our house can be as beautiful as our living and dining room. Our new space feels so comfortable and is exactly what we wanted, we are thrilled and smile every time we go into the area. We highly recommend Katrina, she is very talented and a joy to work with!

I want to start by saying that working with Katrina is fantastic. She helped us transform our living space. We had already started a little bit on our own, got lost in the process and decided to hire Wander Designs after looking at her work at one my colleagues' place. Not only she was able to work with what we already had bought but also listened to both me and my wife's vision and translated really well by giving us options until it 'clicked' for us. She was patient with us and was not afraid to say no when we were wrong. A very important quality that I look forward to when I hire someone to work on our house. I've really enjoyed working with Katrina at Wander Designs to bring a new home to life! We essentially started with a blank slate of an empty house and now have a super unique space with a story to tell (that I never want to leave). She did a wonderful job providing options and guiding us through the design & furnishing process from start to finish. I'm elated with the results of the dining room, kitchen, and living room (phase 1) and can't wait to get the rest of the house complete! I love that we used a lot of global elements from both her and my travels. I've really enjoyed working with Katrina and her approach to interior design. My husband and I bought our first house together and we worked with Katrina to turn it into our home. My husband and I differ in style yet wanted our home to be a reflection of both our personalities. Katrina took the time to know us personally and was really good at listening and understanding our individual styles and wants for the house. She understood our lifestyle (love of entertaining!) and helped us select materials and fabrics to reach our vision! Katrina designed with my husband and me in mind every step of the way. She provided options for paint, layouts, furniture, and fixtures. Katrina is very creative and encouraged us to venture outside of our normal comfort zone by bringing in unique design elements which resulted in a more dynamic interior. Katrina turned our ordinary home into extraordinary. She brought such unique ideas to each and every room that surprised me. More importantly, she took the time to listen to my partner and I's visions, which were completely different, and was able to blend into one concept. I couldn't be more happy with the finished product. She was professional, responsive and fun to work with. In additional, saved us thousands of dollars by leveraging resold art, furniture and refurbishing any imperfections to make them look brand new. She also built a custom floating bed to make our bedroom look very industrial and original, again, incorporating both my partner and I's tastes. I will hire her again to finish the house when we are ready and highly recommend Wander Designs. Everyone that has come over has been blown away by the unique style.
