Carolyn has saved me thousands of dollars - literally! I had a professional window contractor working here the same time as Carolyn and he telling me I need a steel beam to support 3 new windows in my kitchen - Carolyn intervened stating we didn't need that beam and she was right! Carolyn has a remarkable eye, and great ideas! Most of them very economical.

They are a mother daughter team who offer a range of interior design services. They help you rearrange your room layout, suggest a range of product ideas depending on your budget and pull together rooms beautifully. After having a fabulous experience with Design In A Day when we renovated kitchen a year and half ago, we hired Elizabeth Boland again for the master bath and master closet project. Her design ideas, creativity and thrifty knowledge on vanities, chandeliers and tile surpassed all of our expectations! It is simply gorgeous - who knew a painted geometric floor could look so spectacular in a closet and the baskets would seem like they were made for our bathroom! I usually get online when I have an opportunity to write a positive review so I feel awkward writing this one but I think people considering Elizabeth's services should be aware of some facts. She came to my home for two hours back in the Spring as I was looking to redo several rooms and needed some direction on layout and recommendations on items/stores. She showed up a half hour late without a phone call/apology. I tried to get in touch with her to set another appointment. After not hearing back from her within 2 weeks, I sent another note as a reminder to say I was still interested and was curious about her availability. It has been well over a month. I feel like I wasted time and money and am starting over with another designer. While I get the sense that she is a great online shopper and can find you unique pieces on a budget, I was disappointed by her lack of professionalism.

I had a property that was not selling. In less than two hours the team transformed the house and I had a contract within a week.

Spent only a few hours walking my newly renovated space in my home- made a plan to rendezvous at Greenfront, chose items within two hours. Result can be seen on Elizabeth's portfolio titled Underwood! It was (and remains) a fantastic example of someone with a superb sense of how to pull things together.
