Absolutely THE most valuable design help that we received throughout the construction of our 4,000 sq. ft. custom lakefront home was from Lynn Fleming, XACT Interiors. Her professional value is priceless when we were faced with hundreds of decisions that we needed to make on an ongoing basis. No question was too small or too large for her to answer. Our home design, interior and out, is contemporary/modern. Lynn Fleming's artistic sense added to special features that we inserted throughout the house. I found that I needed her expertise to help define what types of interior wood to use, window and door casing styles, sizing of rooms as well as the larger coordination of exterior concerns such as beam stain, exterior siding material and stain, coordinating with colors used for accent panels, soffits, eaves, gutters, trim, etc. She also has a keen eye for tiny color variations in paint, tile, LVP, carpet, wood tones and more as she could discern hints of yellow, orange, green, etc. that my eye couldn't always differentiate. Her talents were even more impressive when we presented her a photo of a dramatic stone/walnut fireplace wall that we wanted created with lighting imbedded in the face as well as the coordinating floating lighted art display shelves. She was the one who had the skill to create a custom fireplace wall for us by drawing up the spec sheets for our framers, finish woodworker, and electrician. Our home is a work of art in great part due to the talents of Lynn Fleming, XACT Interiors.

We could not have done our project without Lynn. She is outstanding. We had a general idea of what we wanted to do with our home renovation but no idea how to get there or the extensive details involved. Lynn was able to put it all together creating a magical place that we love. She is well known and respected by the contractors and suppliers in the area which allowed us to get the best of the best. As with any project there were obstacles and challenges along the way, but Lynn always had a fix and always kept our best interest at the forefront. Lynn's creativity and expertise in design and function can't be matched.

Lynn was instrumental in collaborating with the contractor to improve the architectural design of our project. She made tremendous improvements with the kitchen layout specifically. We were very involved in our project and Lynn was really great at providing direction and assistance when we needed it, and working with us on difficult decisions. She has great ideas and was very helpful as we made our selections. She's full of knowledge on all different products, and had great suggestions on what would be appropriate for our specific needs. She is so easy to work with, always makes herself available and has great relationships with the vendors - all which made for a very smooth project.

Lynn, did a fabulous job for us remodeling a clubhouse/leasing office in the fall of 2017. We wanted the finished project to make a lasting impression on visitors and users of the space. Lynn developed an improved layout and a detailed interior design. She also obtained bids and managed the project to completion. We could not be happier with the results. I would highly recommend Lynn and XACT Interiors.

I have been working with Lynn for over 10 years and could not recommend anyone higher. She is my go to designer when I am working on projects that need a special touch. I have had Lynn work on many varying styles of design - from rustic mountain lodge to ultra modern, all with the same great results. She has a great gift of begin able to take what the client is saying, put it down on paper in a very detailed drawing, and bring that idea to reality. Lynn Fleming is amazing and most importantly, is a very good listener. She took my ideas seriously and incorporated all my wishes into her fabulous design and gave me the kitchen of my dreams. When problems arose...she was a GREAT problem solver with lots of resources. Most of all, she is very easy to work with. She has an easy manner and is always smiling. Lynn Fleming is a professional, very knowledgeable with good contacts in the homebuilding/renovating industry. We hired her to help us choose paint for the exterior of our home. She gave us great choices, recommended products and worked with the contractor to ensure that everything was done according to the plans and drawings she submitted.
