She utilized her vast resources to find furniture and accessories perfect for our spaces. And she hired master tradesmen for upholstering, draperies, wallpapering, painting and flooring. We purchased a new home in 2016. I knew it was the home for us when I first walked in but it really needed some vision. Yvonne at Y Designs held our hands through the remodeling process, replacing all the floors with new hardwood, paining the cabinets which turned out like new, hardware, gently encouraged new color palates for the walls. Yvonne's fresh designs and her knowledge of the products and installation are exceptional. A true profesional at all times and stayed within our budget!

So great that I ended up using them to refresh some other areas of my home (which all turned out beautifully as well)! I was especially impressed with Yvonne’s flair for color selection. We are so pleased with the creative plan Y Designs has developed for the complete remodel of our 50 year old kitchen. The designer listened to our requirements and budget, and then incorporated our lifestyle and personalities into the process to come up with a beautiful plan. Communications with us and with other professionals involved in bidding the job components has been handled with a high level of professionalism and collaboration. We have used Y Designs previously for other design projects, including our living room. The results are always stunning, while at the same time being comfortable and livable.

We have worked with Yvonne of Y Designs for 18 years. Our most recent project was the Master Bath renovation and complete make-over of Master Bedroom. The Master Bath was completely gutted with new shower, tub, tile flooring, countertop and tile. Yvonne did a great job of timing the demolition and the installation. The Master Bedroom was a cosmetic make-over which included re-staining wood work & fireplace, choosing & coordinating new color scheme, installing new shutters & custom-made duvet and pillows. Yvonne is so talented with coordinating colors and presenting new ideas. She is very patient and works well with client's needs, wants and budget. Additionally, Yvonne has a superb talent for framing art. In the past 2 years she has framed all of our family portraits and original art work.

Our relationship with Y Designs has covered a 12 year period, and has included 4 different projects. We have learned to trust suggestions completely, especially when it comes to colors. We are given exactly the amount of help we need, without any pressure at all, and our own likes & dislikes are always a priority to Y Designs. Every detail has turned out to be not just acceptable, but fabulous! We would never want to use anyone else, in fact, have tried to coax Yvonne to travel to Naples, Florida to design our home there. Unable to travel at the time, we were given help with colors & décor long distance! We just love her! Becky Von Gruben
