Stephanie was wonderful to work with and did a terrific job helping us transition from a large out-of-state house to a much smaller California residence. She was able to visualize how our current furniture would work and where things would not work she came up with great recommendations. Stephanie has great style. We really appreciated her offering several price point options. We LOVE our new residence. If you are able to engage Stephanie for your next project you will not be disappointed. She is a gem!

Stephanie helped us with a very difficult task. Relocating from London, U.K., to a newly built home in the Bay area. When I first met her I knew she was great and that we would get along and my first impression was right! Stephanie is super professional, organized, efficient, and has an amazing taste and sense of style. She helped me source all furniture, rugs, curtains, tiles, floors, etc. and managed delivery and placement of all items in the house while we were still in the UK. Her knowledge of all technical things around building a new home is outstanding and she is always very careful in making decisions, making sure not to rush things too much (which I tend to do!). Communication with her was super easy and even though we had the time difference to work with she was always responsive and happy to help with no matter what I needed to get organized and done. I could not have done this move without her and can highly recommend her company! It was really fun to work with Stephanie!

Stephanie listens to client wishes and balances those with the budget and overall project constraints. Stephanie is punctual, always says what she will do, follows-up, and most of all listens to client and works with contractors and the end result exceeds expectations.

Our company Art of Construction, inc has worked with Stephanie on designing and building several custom homes in the bay area with great success. Stephanie's design is clean and modern while focusing on the client's individual aesthetics -giving each home a unique and custom finished look. From a builder's perspective we find her to be a great collaborator, very knowledgeable and is in constant communication with the clients, architect and ourselves from start to finish of the project.

We loved working with Stephanie, and would recommend her highly. She works extremely well with contractors and tradespeople - always calm, skilled, and constructive. Her foresight helped us not only avoid many potential problems, but add thoughtful features throughout our home, inside and outside. She is detail-oriented and measured spaces so that all of our new furniture fit perfectly. She put together colors from room to room, and helped select materials for everything ranging from floors to countertops to wallpaper to window treatments. Her impeccable, elegant, and understated taste helped us source unique items that were consistent with our style and budget. She is drama-free, elegant, flexible, and very talented. From managing difficult situations to finding beautiful finishing touches she was absolutely the biggest factor in how much we love our home.

Stephanie did an incredible job helping us with our remodel. She has a great eye for colors and made the process of choosing materials much less overwhelming. She's also incredibly organized and meticulous about getting the details right. Plus Stephanie is a pleasure to work with and if she ever tires of being an amazing designer, she could be a world-class diplomat!

Stephanie was instrumental in creating a warm and happy home for our newly blended family. We were so glad to have brought Stephanie in as soon as we hired our contractor to help us create better living spaces. She was able to look at the overall flow versus each room providing a different and creative perspective; getting the most out of every space. She even challenged the contractor at times to try something new/different. In addition, she worked with existing furniture from two homes with completely different styles. Using a blend from both and adding pieces and great color palettes she brought everything together. She was so easy to work with and always listened to what we wanted and were trying to achieve. We love our home!

Stephanie is the best. She was spot on in recommending ideas we liked but that were affordable and practical. Whether it was showing us high-end, handmade tiles that were within our budget, or designing the placement for our doors, cabinets, cupboards, etc.. she was incredibly smart and forward-thinking. Her knowledge of materials, products, architecture, tile idiosyncrasies and more is amazing. Plus she's fun to work with. Stephanie helped us create the modern, traditional, functional home we dreamed about. We are so happy with what she helped us create and we would recommend her any day.

I used Stephanie for a gut remodel of my ranch home. Stephanie was very empowering -- she does not want to come in and imprint her style on your space (though she will if that's what you want and in fact she has incredible style of course). She helps you discover what your style is. What you like. She guided me through the process of identifying material choices -- for the hardwood floors, tile, light fixtures and more -- and gave me excellent resources (websites, retailers, brands). Through that and her mentorship, I was empowered to learn and find what *I* truly loved... which makes sense since I'm the one who's living in my remodeled home!! Stephanie also has this superpower which I call "activator" or could also be called "enabler" (in the best way). What I mean is you can have several decisions you need to make (questions related to the nitty gritty of tile -- grout selection, grout width, tile niche design -- or window casing and baseboard selection) and Stephanie's clear gaze and deep experience help you quickly make several of these decisions when making even one of them on my own was leading to deep analysis paralysis. Stephanie also has -- as one would want in a designer -- excellent attention to detail and a great eye. There was a specific case where a door was framed ever so slightly off-center. Stephanie noticed and alerted me to it so I could ask the builder to reframe it which he happily did. Spotting an issue like that early is so much less expensive and more likely to result in the project coming in on time. This quality was also abundantly clear in placing orders through Stephanie. Her orders are always meticulous and correct which is a huge accomplishment since meetings are often over-full of decisions and under documented. I would use Stephanie again in a heartbeat. She gave me a very valuable education and helped make the finished product stunning. Her empowering, no-pretense, friendly, truly warm and SUPER efficient way of being is the icing on the cake. I can't say enough about how positive our experience was with Stephanie! We worked with Stephanie on a new-build, modern house. She helped us with everything from reviewing our plans with an eye to how we would actually use the space, to making sure that all design decisions got made on time and within budget, to working with our personal style to find materials and furniture that we loved. She is a great collaborator-- she is just as good at finding ways to incorporate our ideas as she is at suggesting her own. She is also an organized project manager who never missed a deadline. Finally, she is extremely creative-- the finished product is truly a unique expression of our style! I highly recommend Stephanie!

Stephanie was a joy to work with! She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. She helped us from the beginning of project all the way through the end, and was consistently amazing, Periodically throughout the project, we also had several decisions that came up quickly, and not only did she respond instantly, but with she did so with great knowledge, and always with a smile. Although I later realized my style differed from hers, I would also say that she was very good at recognizing this early on, and suggesting things that I would like as opposed to things that she might prefer.
