“Amazingly talented artist. He did a custom fire screen for our house which is truly a piece of art. He came and consulted with us, gave us drawings, estimates and ultimately delivered a spectacular piece. We loved it so much, he has done 3 other projects ranging from art for our house, garden sculpture and the base for a table. “The home we purchased a couple of years ago dates back to the early 1980's. It's a split level which had a guard railing separating the living room from the dining room which was on the lower level. The railing was oak spindles and truly a relic. We decided to replace it with something more contemporary. Staci Southwick of Functional Steel Objects was recommended to us by a friend who had heard about an outdoor railing she had designed and built. We had Staci come out to the house and based on our furnishings, recommend what she thought would work. We were thrilled with what she came up with. It gives both rooms a very different feel. She was great to work with. Staci showed up when she said she would and delivered on budget and on time. When we re-do our deck we will definitely talk to her about outdoor railings.”

“Tyson created custom stainless steel tank stands for the winery. He ordered the materials and estimated the costs (which were very reasonable) and the tank stands were almost a $1,000 less than ordering the tanks out of state- and they were complete in time for this year's Harvest. He fabricated, delivered and installed them- including on-site welding for the final reinforcement braces. The beautiful stands are on our crush pad, upon which 500 gallon tanks are now supported. The assistant winemaker was thrilled. Tyson does catwalks and other winery equipment also- next he made us a steel winery address sign and a custom steel sign for tours.”
