“Our yard was getting a makeover, and the original "tin box on a stick" mailbox was looking tired and shabby. We love the esthetic of Urban Mettle's signage and planter box signs but didn't have a place to put one. So we worked with the designer for a custom mailbox/signage installation, blending the design and materials of their planters with the needs of our new landscaping. To make sure we met all the USPS requirements (government was on shutdown so we had to rely on their website for info) we ordered a Restoration Hardware letter box instead of having one made. Urban Mettle created and designed the rusted steel supports and faceplace, and drilled holes for the letter box and the street numbers (which they provided.) Our landscaper's crew dug holes for the footings and set the posts in QuikCrete, Now we have a sturdy and beautiful one-of-a-kind mailbox that complements our home and yard - we couldn't be happier with Urban Mettle.”
