I have purchased 2 security doors on separate occasions , the second door I purchased was not right to begin with, when they installed it, the weather stripping at the bottom made the door stiff to open, I mentioned it to the installer, he said it would get better in time, eventually it came off completely. I called and talked to Bob , he wanted to charge me again to put more weather stripping . After calling Bob several times complaining , he finally came out himself to do the job. I noticed he was not able to get the weather stripping all the way on the door , he left about a foot of it hanging off the end, it wasn't long before the weather stripping was destroyed as well. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH !!!
