We moved walls, added lighting, changed the flooring and had a totally new kitchen and bathroom installed. From conception to completion Ted was the best. Without boring you with details of our finished home, we can only say Ted made what is normally a stressful experience go smooth. He clearly showed us our ideas (and his), using computer software. Drawing on his experience and knowledge he made us aware of problems we never would have thought about. His original estimate was very accurate and any change orders were clearly explained, agreed upon and documented. There were no bad surprises. If you can dream it, he can design it and build it. His entire staff is excellent. His installers are excellent and any sub-contractors he used were excellent and licensed. We wanted our renovation done right and we are so glad we used Ted. Every day the job-site was spotless. Waste materials were quickly removed from our property. The quality of craftsmanship is jaw-dropping. Ted and his staff answered or returned all of our calls. Upon completion he made sure we did not have any issues or complaints. We honestly feel blessed to say that we do not have one negative thing to say. Ted is a meticulous perfectionist and anyone lucky enough to have his company work on their home should know the experience will be a great one. He did the job almost at budget (only because I wanted to upgrade on the hardware for the cabinets did we go over...but only by a small amount).
