“Pulatani Builders transformed my outdated ( at the time of purchase ) Hell’s Kitchen loft into my “forever home.” Alex and his team went above and beyond as far as craftsmanship is concerned , and what’s more impressive is that my building’s super actually got along great with him and his team as well. This was largely because of the standards they maintain as far as dust and protection of common spaces is concerned. A+ job , happy to endorse and recommend them for any renovations in NYC.”

“I originally hired Dan to simply remove the shelving, furniture and molding around the perimeter of my basement to prepare for waterproofing. When the waterproofing was completed and I Dan came back to replace the items he had removed, he asked what my plans were for the basement and suggested that with a nice dry basement, why not put tiles on the floor and repaint the paneling to give the basement a totally new and brighter look? Well that was the best decision I made. Dan was quick and careful, cleaned up and 6 years later the basement is as good as ever. I also hired Dan to renovate my bedroom, do my floors and a host of other projects. Reliable , considerate and reasonably priced and he can do anything!”

“Neil always goes above and beyond on every job site. Cordial and professional! I work as a superintendent for a residential cooperative in Queens NY. Over the years Neil has done dozens of kitchen and bathrooms jobs for the shareholders in the cooperative. Each and every shareholder has been delighted with their final product. “Dino installed our kitchen cabinets with perfect precision and detail. He built our island beautifully like a piece of furniture. He sat with us through the entire kitchen design to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and that all designs made sense with functionality and fit. He often followed up with vendors to ensure we got what we paid for and received the best finished product. Dino was a great liaison for us to source the right products and subcontractors, we are not in the construction business and this was our first home and renovation. He spent all the time we needed with us and we never felt rushed. He completed our project down to last detail before moving onto his next job. We felt we could then and still can call him anytime with questions.”

“My basement got flooded during IDA, after contacting with couple of contractor I met with Matt, He came on time and explain everything what needs to be done also provide a reasonable price. He started to work immediately with his team. His work was very professional, he did everything as he promised and completed the work on time. He was the most professional, clean and trustful contractor I have met so far. He was always top of the every process and he was paying attention to every small details even I didn’t see them during the construction.
