“We hired The Buckingham Group to design and build a garage addition to our home in the country. We were not living in the home so it was imperative that we find someone who was professional, reliable, and trustworthy. From start to finish, it was a joy working with Ed Kaplan and The Buckingham Group. He was responsive to our needs and desires in the design phase and innovative in the solutions proposed. The building phase was remarkable. ON TIME, within budget, and professionally efficient. The Buckingham Group gave us a calendar so we knew what was happening every day, and as we visited the site they were right on schedule. Ed was very responsive to any concerns we raised and we were extremely satisfied with the result. “Having used the remodeling services of Renovations by Helms for other projects, there was no question who I would use for the finish work on my new construction house. We did everything from budgets, designing with them, giving them challenges to make my ideas a reality and all in detail. I loved that they cleaned the area every day before leaving even though the home was not occupied. I could trust them. The finishings were quality products and well executed. Everything was in good taste. I was consulted as we progressed to be sure my home had the 'personality' to make me comfortable. RBH is the only company I know that checked back with me months later to be sure everything was fine. They will stand behind their work. The follow-up on quality work shows how much they want my job completed correctly. There are no substitutions for quality and trust.”
