“We were looking for a flooring company and I thought I would try Houzz. Jason was the first to reply and worked with us as far as our budget and was on site when he promised. His crew worked late in order to get the job done. “We contacted Jim Hershey originally to re-grout our Shower Floor. He identified the source of our problem was a leak in the shower pan. While we spent more money on the repair than anticipated, his thoroughness ultimately saved us from more extensive repairs that would have been required had the leak not been identified (found sub-floor was rotting). The quality of Jim Hershey's work was outstanding and he even recommended design changes for our shower, that made it more spacious and functional. We would highly recommend Jim Hershey for any tile work that you would require. He was honest, professional and a great craftsman.”
