“I was so impressed with the professionalism and the Honesty that the owner, Jerry Brook, has. The job was done to my expectation and looks beautiful! They remodeled my kitchen and master bathroom. While they were remodeling the bathroom they found a broken pipe and fixed it for me at a reasonable price. They went above and beyond! I am so happy with my results! Thank you Black Bear!!!”

“Chris completely remodeled our master bathroom; It involved removing the vanity tops and sinks, modifying the counters to increase storage, removing the old small stand - alone shower and turning it into a closet, tearing out the whirlpool tub and replacing it with an extraordinary large walk-in shower with frameless glass door and wall. He also removed an octagonal shaped window and replaced that with a 4" x 4" glass block window that brings daylight into the shower. The floor was replaced with ceramic tile that matches the shower, a new vanity top was installed with new sinks and hardware and the whole place re painted. It's been over 2 years now and it still looks like new and we enjoy it every day. It was well worth the time it took to get the job done. We chose the best quality materials money allowed and it turned out to our satisfaction. M & W Simard”

“I found the team at Mansfield Custom Homes to be extremely professional, courteous, and fair in their pricing. After viewing the quality of work in a house project they were building, I contracted with Mansfield Custom Homes regarding some re-modeling work on my existing house to get it ready for market. They did a great job! No doubt, their work helped get my house sold. If I had not already purchased another house, I would have considered building a new one with Mansfield Custom Homes. When the bug bites me again to build, I have no doubt that they will be at the top of my list for builders I will look at. It doesn't take long visiting one of their projects that quality is job one and pride in cleanliness of jobsite is a priority. “Working with Mark Hayes of Hayes Signature Homes was an experience that far exceeded our expectations. Having renovated numerous homes in the past, this was our first experience with a new build, so we were rightfully anxious about how smoothly the process would go. Mark proved to have an exceptional eye for detail, strong financial and budget awareness and ability to communicate that ensured for an incredibly positive building experience. Mark was always candid but respectful in his feedback and counsel throughout the entire process and kept us well updated on our budget progress. Builders often get set in their ways of doing things but he was always open to trying new ideas, new styles/materials, etc., and really embraced our vision completely. We always felt that we had a solid foundation of mutual trust and respect and never experienced any real surprises (that weren't self induced). We would whole-heartedly recommend Mark to anyone in the Dallas area looking for an incredible product at what we felt was a very fair value.”
