“My wife and I lack the 'vision' needed to see the potential of an open space. A Google search led us to Pittsburgh Design and Remodeling, and we reached out to inquire about their basement design services. The design agreement consisted of an initial phone consultation, several 3D renderings (which were updated based on our feedback), and ultimately a neatly packaged pdf file with all of the information. Jeff (the owner) asked all the right questions to get the conversation started and paid close attention to our responses. He presented some interesting ideas that we otherwise would not have come up with. He is friendly, professional, and did exactly what we contracted him to do. We would highly recommend his design services. I should add that our agreement was for design services only. No actual work was performed on the basement so I cannot comment on that part of the business.”

“Brett was very professional and prompt. We needed to have some things done to our house before we listed it for sale. He came out gave us a quote and started the work within days. He worked 8 hour days and was on time everyday. Our kids were sad to see Mr. Brett go because he was very personable. Would highly recommend him.”

“Paradise installed a retractable sun setter type awning over a large deck. We were very happy with their work and recommended them to our daughter who had a subsequent similar installation. We called them back go replace a shower. They helped us design a tile patern. The design was very unique per our interest. They located some of the required items which weren't available in our area. We are very pleased with the quality installation of the intriquite design. We have had many compliments on the work. Paradise was very responsive to our requests. They kept a work schedule as laid out and completed the job on time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!”

“I hired Mr. Calisti to design an addition for my 100 year-old residence. He had very creative solutions to problems and his work was impressive to say the least. Every detail was well thought out. Lee developed a great relationship with our contractor and was always avaliable to answer any questions that arose on the jobsite. I felt that Lee had a great knowledge base about the newest building concepts and was able to incorporate these ideas into the addittion without affecting the original historic aspect of the house. I highly recommend Mr. Calisti to anyone looking to use architectural services.””

“Bloxdorf Contracting has been our go to contractor for over 10 years since we moved into our home. There is no job too big or too small for them to complete. They are currently finishing the basement of our home so that our kids have a cool place to hangout with their friends. Bloxdorf Contracting has a team of superb construction specialists that can handle every aspect of the job. Their craftsmanship is second to none. I have seen many of the homes that they have built over the years and all I have to say is WOW!!! They have built many homes in many different styles and I challenge anyone to find better quality construction anywhere in the country. My wife and I will always use Bloxdorf Contracting for every building project that we ever do.”
