Moved everything out of my garage, removed the old wooden framework and shelving, cleaned the garage, power-washed the floor and cement walls, took away what we did not want and put back what we wanted to keep. They did a terrific job at something we have avoided for too many years. The house is more than 80 years old and the garage had built-in wooden shelving and 40+ years of clutter. We didn't know where to begin. First, they completely emptied the garage - everything from barbells to cinder blocks - and put it all out of the way. Then they removed the wooden supports and shelving and swept and vacuumed the inside clean. They washed the inside, collecting the water so it did not run over the driveway and stuff they had emptied. When they were done, we went over what we wanted to keep and they returned that to the garage. They took away everything else. There was no way we could have done all that ourselves. I recommend them highly.

Dave and Mike offered me a soup-to-nuts one stop service which included cleaning, removal of old fixtures, painting, floor installation and cabinet installation - all at reasonable cost. Although we had to wait a bit on the cabinet vendor, the job went smoothly. Communication was excellent. They were very flexible in offering solutions. Clean, respectful, efficient crew. Highly recommended.

We hire them for a pre-move cleanout. They showed up on time. The dumpster preceded them, on time, the day before. They took time and care and filled the 30 yd. dumpster all the way up. Then dumpster was picked up early the next day. Very pleasant to work with, no surprises and the price was equal to the estimate, I would use them again (though hopefully, I won't need to use them anytime soon), and would recommend their service.

We were very glad we chose Magic Garage Cleaners to clean out, clean up and restore the walls, windows, ceiling and floor of our basement. Though their business is mainly focused on garages, they took on the greater complexity of our project, i.e. extensive demolition, changes in wiring and plumbing, etc., with wonderful energy and efficiency. After careful consultation with us, they provided a very detailed list of the work they would do and reviewed the list with us as the work progressed. They worked steadily throughout the project and finished within the time frame we had agreed to. They communicated with us regularly throughout the work and answered any questions we had promptly. If any of the replacement fixtures they purchased was found to be faulty, they were replaced quickly. The workers who were engaged to do different aspects of the work were all courteous, friendly and respectful. Magic Garage Cleaners gave us a cost estimate before the project began and we agreed to it in writing; the final bill did not exceed the estimate. We would recommend Magic Garage Cleaners enthusiastically to anyone considering a similar project.

I hired Magic Garage Cleaners to do a much needed clean out of our two car garage. They arrived on time, were professional and quick! I was surprised how quickly they did the job. They removed and hauled away all the junk, put everything else back in a neat and organized manner and did a complete thorough cleaning/power washing of the garage. They removed and dusted off all the contents and then power washed the interior, also cleaning the windows, and put everything back in exactly the right place.
