“Luke Stensland (H1 Construction) & Ryan Fujita (Fujita & Netski Architecture) commenced planning and construction of a total remodel of my 2 bedroom Yacht Harbor Towers condo in February 2014. After initial discussions of the design concept, Ryan drew detailed drawings of the project suitable for town planning approval while Luke applied for the necessary permits and go ahead from Yacht Harbor Towers HOA. Luke was able to work with the challenges of dealing with the HOA and of a project in a down town high rise. The remodel included complete re-wiring, re- plumbing, hardwood flooring, custom cabinetry and painting throughout. In addition all new appliances were installed. As I live in Southern California, trust and communication were particularly important during the project. As with any large project unexpected situations arise and Luke put forward ideas to achieve the best final result. There were many decisions to be made during the construction and decorating fazes and Ryan was invaluable in keeping design consistency. The final results of the extensive custom cabinetry and feature tile work exceeded my expectations and gave the condo the “wow" factor I was looking for. Finding the right team and good fit can be challenging in Hawaii, Luke and Ryan are a young professional team who work well together and made the project an enjoyable experience. I would definitely work with them again.”

We knew we wanted to open up the kitchen, add an island and create an indoor/outdoor feel and accessibility to the backyard patio. “Schilling provided contracting services for our bathroom and guestroom remodels, as well as extensive repair of wood rot, window, door, and siding replacement on our exterior, and has begun consulting with us on our kitchen remodel. Schilling has also providing contracting services for repair of wood rot, window replacement and painting of exterior of building for our office condominium building, as well as the complete remodel of our office unit in that building. Doug Schilling is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, delivers excellent results on time and in budget. Some of these projects were completed in 2009. The condo building is currect for 2014.”

“Victor "Dean" Sinco is an excellent architect and he has an excellent team of drafts-people at Entheos. He is both creative and practical. He comes up with ideas that look good but are also cost-effective. He knows how to make new construction match original construction. He is great at supervising the work and coming up with solutions on the spot for any problems. He has always responded to me in a timely way. He has done both large and small projects for me. For one large project, he designed a guest suite addition to my house that added a laundry, kitchen, and screened porch to an existing bedroom and bath. At the same time he designed a roof extension, a new laundry room plus a solar water heater room, and a complete renovation of two bathrooms, one of them handicap. A few years later, he turned a walk-in closet into a half-bath plus a smaller closet and turned garage storage into interior storage. Recently, he designed a fence, gate, and lanai for me. I will continue to use him for any future projects.”

“Jimmy did an outstanding job with the design and architectural plans for my 12,000 sq ft home here in Hawaii. Although the project took much longer to get to the build stage (not at any fault Jimmy's), he stuck with his original quote and time frames for billing. We had many meetings together during the design and build phase and made all necessary changes to the plans along the process. And as a result our home won the AIA Peoples Choice Award and a Merit Award with the BIA. The fees i paid were reasonable and the end result was outstanding.”
