As a design professional, I love good design, and Tom’s team lived up to my high expectations. From the very beginning, Tom spent the time necessary to make us feel at home with each step of the remodel. He listened carefully, discussing our needs, providing design ideas and options, and promptly answering all of our questions. His estimate was realistic and he thoughtfully addressed every aspect of the project. Throughout both the kitchen and bath remodels, Tom and his team remained on-time and on-budget while keeping the workspace clean and organized. Respectful, trustworthy and good-natured, they all went the extra mile ensuring everything was done to our satisfaction. Perhaps best of all, Tom and his team tread lightly in our home during the remodel and found no unforeseen problems. “KCBR has done 2 complete bathroom remodels and a kitchen remodel for us. The results are exactly what we wanted. We are extremely pleased with the quality of KCBR's work , and the professionalism of all of Anthony's staff. Anthony is tremendous at keeping great communication throughout the whole process. COVID-19 broke out during our kitchen reno and Anthony managed to safely get our project completed, despite the setback of the impacts the virus had on the situation. “The company provided a 6 day remodel of a bathroom. Demolition was completed quickly and easily while they hung sheeting to protect other areas of the home. If I had any questions or concerns, they were answered quickly. The staff was very good in making sure that I was happy with the completed project! Awesome and dependable.”

“Both bathrooms reconfigured & remodeled. Made handicapped capable. Contractor was honest, punctual and easy to work with. Advantage was the architectural background. “We contracted with NextGen Remodeling for a redo of our master bathroom. What a fantastic experience! We will certainly use them again the next time we need remodeling or renovation work done. After realizing we never used the tub in our bathroom and having a need for a larger more accessible and updated shower as well as a second vanity, we decided to have the work done. I did a lot of research on remodeling companies in the area and became convinced that NextGen Remodeling would do an outstanding job for us. I was not wrong! We initially met with Alex and then Taylor to discuss our needs and wants. Not everything we wanted was going to be so easy to make happen, but the team came up with creative solutions to give us the bathroom we dreamed of. Austin was assigned to our project which lasted about six weeks. Austin is one of the hardest workers I have ever witnessed. His attention to detail was amazing. He settles for nothing less than perfection. I was blown away by his work ethic and how neat and clean he left our home each evening. The quality of the sub contractors were also impressive from painters to tile setters to granite and glass fabrication and installation. I wouldn’t hesitate to have any of these craftsmen in my home again. We are so pleased with the final product. I highly recommend NextGen Remodeling.”

“Rick led his team on our project to find innovative solutions to our "wish list" that we could have never dreamed of on our own. They created a whole house Master Plan with us and then subdivided that into logical phases. We completed Phase 1 in the Fall of 2012, and we couldn't be happier. The newly expanded spaces, as well as the smaller renovated spaces, all feel fresh and timeless and perfectly functional for our small family. The work included a bump-out expansion on the front of our home which grew the size of both our Master Bedroom and our Guest Bedroom. We also transformed two side-by-side reach-in closets into a walk-in closet and a separate laundry room encased in a new bright and sunny rear facing dormer. Future phases include removal of a load bearing wall to combine two small living spaces into a single, larger space we can entertain in, a renovated Guest Bath, and a brand new Kitchen, among other things. We look forward to starting Phase 2 with RDM Architecture in the early winter of 2015.”

Fulfilling all of the specifics of both myself the designer and my clients was elevated by John's experience, his ease with the prospectus, and the final decisions needed to bring the project to conclusion. I will work with him again and again as his knowledge of the process for new and remodel construction was imperative to the job.”
