“Damon and his team recently upgraded my kitchen with a new herringbone tile backsplash + updated my electrical configuration and added new lighting. Their work is meticulous, they really pay attention to detail and left the space very tidy at the end of each day. Their pricing was extremely competitive and they finished earlier than I had anticipated. I will definitely use them again.”

“Rick led his team on our project to find innovative solutions to our "wish list" that we could have never dreamed of on our own. They created a whole house Master Plan with us and then subdivided that into logical phases. We completed Phase 1 in the Fall of 2012, and we couldn't be happier. The newly expanded spaces, as well as the smaller renovated spaces, all feel fresh and timeless and perfectly functional for our small family. The work included a bump-out expansion on the front of our home which grew the size of both our Master Bedroom and our Guest Bedroom. We also transformed two side-by-side reach-in closets into a walk-in closet and a separate laundry room encased in a new bright and sunny rear facing dormer. Future phases include removal of a load bearing wall to combine two small living spaces into a single, larger space we can entertain in, a renovated Guest Bath, and a brand new Kitchen, among other things. We look forward to starting Phase 2 with RDM Architecture in the early winter of 2015.”

“David and I have collaborated and worked on several projects together dating back to when we first started our company up to just recently. David is a very hands on architect and takes pride in making sure every detail is carefully designed throughout the project. He is especially great with modern and contemporary style homes where crucial elements within the house that normally get overlooked are very much highlighted. David also makes himself part of the team whenever we work together. When I have a project that requires a very highly skilled architect that knows how to build as well as design I call on David.”

As a design professional, I love good design, and Tom’s team lived up to my high expectations. From the very beginning, Tom spent the time necessary to make us feel at home with each step of the remodel. He listened carefully, discussing our needs, providing design ideas and options, and promptly answering all of our questions. His estimate was realistic and he thoughtfully addressed every aspect of the project. Throughout both the kitchen and bath remodels, Tom and his team remained on-time and on-budget while keeping the workspace clean and organized. “KCBR has done 2 complete bathroom remodels and a kitchen remodel for us. The results are exactly what we wanted. We are extremely pleased with the quality of KCBR's work , and the professionalism of all of Anthony's staff. Anthony is tremendous at keeping great communication throughout the whole process. COVID-19 broke out during our kitchen reno and Anthony managed to safely get our project completed, despite the setback of the impacts the virus had on the situation. “We first decided what work was to be done and a contract was signed that was specific about the work so we both knew what to expect. The work requested was redo 2 bathrooms, replace front windows and back door and repair a shed. They began work when they stated they would and worked steady to finish on time. The workmen were considerate and told me what they were going to work on. I would hire them again without hesitation. I love the final result and pleased with the quality of the work.”

“We contracted with NextGen Remodeling for a redo of our master bathroom. What a fantastic experience! We will certainly use them again the next time we need remodeling or renovation work done. After realizing we never used the tub in our bathroom and having a need for a larger more accessible and updated shower as well as a second vanity, we decided to have the work done. I did a lot of research on remodeling companies in the area and became convinced that NextGen Remodeling would do an outstanding job for us. I was not wrong! We initially met with Alex and then Taylor to discuss our needs and wants. Not everything we wanted was going to be so easy to make happen, but the team came up with creative solutions to give us the bathroom we dreamed of. Austin was assigned to our project which lasted about six weeks. Austin is one of the hardest workers I have ever witnessed. His attention to detail was amazing. He settles for nothing less than perfection. I was blown away by his work ethic and how neat and clean he left our home each evening. The quality of the sub contractors were also impressive from painters to tile setters to granite and glass fabrication and installation. I wouldn’t hesitate to have any of these craftsmen in my home again. We are so pleased with the final product. I highly recommend NextGen Remodeling.”

“We can wholeheartedly recommend Toni and Jerry with Clear Mind Design. They were on-time, knowledgable and competitively priced with our roof sag and framing issue at our duplex. We hired a structural engineer after our initial meeting with Toni and Jerry and were so happy to have the engineer recommend the same repairs and recommendations as Clear Mind Design. We were worried our tenants would be disturbed by the work, but they were so fast and clean we received no complaints! Our next project is a vaulted ceiling in our living room and kitchen updates, we are excited to see Toni and Jerry's ideas come to life! Best, Seth and Jason Marshall Wade Properties, LLC”
