Fine Artist, Patrice Hoban specializes in nurseries, children's murals, metallic decorative finishes and abstracts on canvas. She splits her time between NYC and Los Angeles. As an intuitive artist, she's able to connect closely with her clients and create one on a kind murals and custom finishes. Patrice spent 10 years as a model home Specialty Painter and Decorative Artist for Beazer Interior Design - Beazer Homes USA and Centex. She works with numerous Interior Designers in New York City including Bonnie J. Steves, Courtney Blaymore, Vanessa Deleon, Robin Baron, Asler Valero, Arlene Angard and many more. Her private clients include the families of sports legends, celebrities and hedge fund rockstars.
Patrice is now bicoastal with studios in NYC and Malibu. Her love for nature, hiking and photography pulled her out west. She's never gone for too long. Patrice was born in the West Village, she has a city full of family, friends and wonderful clients. She comes back often. Feel free to text her to see where she is this week! Patrice painted a beautiful "fairy forrest" on a pillar that stands in the middle of my ballet studio. Not only did Patrice's painting exceed my wildest expectations (I might have shed a tear or two when I first saw the completed painting) but she was a pleasure to work with. Patrice was extremely dedicated to finishing the project on schedule despite a challenging work environment (the studio was under construction and there was no air conditioning installed yet). She was always very professional and very clear about the status of the project. She even came back to the studio a couple of months after completion to add additional elements to the painting to make it even that much more special. I recommend Patrice very, very highly. She is a true artist who obviously loves what she does and it shows in her work.

I hired Patrice to paint a mural and help build a Yankee themed bedroom / home office since I am a big Yankee fan. I told her my vision l had for the mural and sent her pictures of what I was looking for. She listened intently and made her own suggestions. We ended up doing all her suggestions. She then also sketched out what it would look like. I thought it was great. I liked the idea that I can see and have an idea of what the project will look like beforehand. So, I went out and bought the paint she came over took her time and finished the project in 3 days. She did an awesome job and It looks amazing. My Yankee fans friends all love it. My Met fan friends not so much. Lol. She is very talented and a true artistic professional not to mention a very nice person to boot. You will love her work!!

Our experience with Patrice was excellent in every way. She painted a cherry blossom mural in our daughter's nursery that is truly remarkable. Our little girl is due May 8, 2017. We have been showing all of our friends and family her nursery and everyone has been very impressed with the mural. Patrice is also very friendly and reliable. We will surely be using her again when have our next baby!

Patrice is an awesome designer. Very professional and very on-point. She designed my newborn's nursery in my old home and later returned to complete a mural on his new room's wall, now, as a 5yr old boy. Nothing is too hard for Patrice.If you can dream it, she can do it. Although a bit pricey, you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend her services.

I've worked with Patrice for a few years now on different nursery murals. She is an absolute pleasure to work with on creating the design scheme. Her professionalism when working in our clients homes is top notch. I would highly recommend working with Patrice on creating murals for nurseries and even creating a wallpaper design from scratch. I found Patrice via searching on the internet for children's muralists in Manhattan. I wasn't sure what I would find but when I happened upon Patrice I absolutely loved her designs. I had her come to my home to sketch out some ideas and to give me an estimate. She worked with me until my vision came to life on the page. Her quote for the job was right in my budget and I was so grateful that I was going to have my dream nursery. The nursery is a place of peace for me and my girls and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I will certainly be hiring Patrice again when my girls are ready for a big girl room.

Patrice did the mural for my baby's nursery in February 2013.
The theme of the mural was Winnie-the-Pooh. The mural came out so
beatiful and helped transform the baby room into our dream nursery.
The mural creates the most positive, peaceful aura in the nursery,
which helps me relax when I nurse my baby. My son is 3 months old
now and he started reacting to the mural. We cannot wait for him to get
to know the characters and tell him Winni-the-Pooh stories. Everyone who comes to visit us just adores the mural and says that they have never seen

I could go on for days about how AWESOME Patrice Hoban is at her amazing art! Two years ago she created a beautiful garden, embellished with life like bejeweled fairies, for my little girls room. It is gorgeous! I wish I could have her paint murals throughout my entire house. Her work is meticulous and she captures your vision without flaw. She takes her time to get it just right and she gets it JUST RIGHT! She is amazing and I would highly reccommend her to anyone seeking a beautiful, high end artistic creation for any room. Not to mention she is super sweet too!

Patrice is the most talented muralist I know! We work together as a perfect team creating the most stunning rooms and her murals always help me bring my nurseries and kids room to another level.
