Simply put, they are the only homebuilder in this area that incorporates authentic post and beam construction with a conventionally built, energy efficient building envelope. No one else can deliver the feeling you get when you walk in and see the massive ceiling timbers and support beams that define the interior spaces. It’s the real deal. Mitch and his team were easy to work with, and accommodated our specific wants during the build. He also worked with us on finding ways to minimize the financial impact of add-ons during the process. Finally, we appreciated the authentic touches Green Life included as standard, like the use of real stone, inside and out and forged wrought iron balusters in our loft.
