They did a complete re-pipe of our 1950's home including running a new higher capacity supply line from the street. They also installed an earthquake shutoff valve at the gas meter and ran a gas line to the kitchen. Their prices were competitive and they were able to finish the whole project before our-move-in date. “Totally re-plumbed our 1950's rambler built slab on grade (so some pipes were buried in concrete and there is no crawl space. I was absolutely shocked at how little damage to drywall had to occur for them to have access to redo it all plus we had them add features. I wouldn't look to any other plumbing company again. The old galvanized pipe sprung a leak above our kitchen, we hired another company to patch it, they came out, fixed the wrong pipe, and the next thing you know we had to replace our whole kitchen because of the extent of the damage 2 days later. We completed a major kitchen remodel this past Spring and Sam Scilley from Resolution Plumbing did just an utterly fabulous job to make sure that our new Kraus kitchen sink, Moen faucet & Air Gap, Badger garbage disposal, dishwasher and water maker lines were plumbed and installed properly without any hiccups. Sam is able to assess the task at hand in such a no nonsense and sensible manner. He is very straightforward in his pleasant demeanor and calmly explains things likewise in a very reassuring manner. Sam is additionally very respectful of our property and, as a homeowner, I appreciate this tidiness and "golden rule" approach. Naturally, it is always more economical to bundle several tasks than to piecemeal jobs. Sam is reasonable in his rates and transparent without any hidden surprises. It should be further noted that Sam was the lead plumber on a separate project when we re-piped our house back in 2015, and got rid of the last remaining vestiges of galvanized piping. We are now 100% copper inside our home out to the main. Sam's work was meticulous on this project. Sam always provides meaningful suggestions keeping in mind safety and homeowner upgrades that will bring long-term value to the house. My wife and I have an upcoming bathroom remodel later this Fall. I have already engaged Sam for this project as we will add a lovely walk-in shower and add new plumbing amenities. While I nearly always get 3-4 quotations for any project, I could clearly see the "Sam factor". Sam makes the difference due to his high professionalism, responsiveness, technical competence and his gentleman like qualities.”
