47FIFTEENHOME- Kitchen + Bath + Interior Design

My husband and I have worked with Karen on 2 home remodels and updating accessories and furniture. She is professional, patient, and down to earth in her approach. She hears my desired changes but also opens my eyes to new possibilities. Last but not least, she is enjoyable to be around, never pushy and always with lighthearted humor. We highly recommend Karen for your home projects!

My husband and I have worked with Karen now for the past year. We were getting ready to build our new home in Boise and were in need of some fresh interior design ideas. She knocked it out the park! She was so much help with our personal home. She has such a talent putting materials and colors together that just blend. I can honestly say this is my favorite house and she has had a lot to do with that right down to the front door color. Her eye for detail really shines through and when I changed my mind a few times on things she was so helpful with presenting other ideas that she thought would work as well. I feel like she went out of her way looking for items that she thought we might like. Very thoughtful. I can only say great things about her work and I would highly recommend her if you are looking to build new, remodel or just need some design advise. Very professional and always willing to help. You will love working with her.

I loved that Karen of 47FifteenHome presented options, explained her thoughts on design, gave her honest opinions, and encouraged me in making choices. She was responsive throughout this project (remodel of kitchen, guest bath, entry and adjoining rooms), often sending along thoughts, idea photos, and website links to share. I credit her for creating a perfect pace to this design – it never felt overwhelming. Her design sense and knowledge were invaluable. She made it look easy. But even better, she made it a lot of fun! I found Karen by chance, but I can’t tell you how delightful it was to work with her to a perfect outcome. She spent the time needed to understand our vibe and the small things that made us happy and comfortable in our home. She then proceeded to pull our scattered wish list together with her great sense of practical style to create exactly the right transitional look and feel. I look forward to engaging Karen for future projects!

My wife and I worked with Karen to design our kitchen and master bath remodel. I'm admittedly very difficult, in that I tend to be Type-A, and also very particular with understanding details. We met about 10 different times for 2-3 hours each, which is evidence of the work that went into our project. Karen was great the entire time--showing us our options, and doing drawing/renderings of our new project in the 2020 application. She was terrific handling our many changes of direction, and in cases, our inability to decide. Karen took the time to introduce us to the various showrooms in the area, and got us started. We are excited to see our design come to life soon--our project has started and should be done in March. Highly recommend Karen, and will reach out to her as we consider future room remodels.

Karen is AMAZING to work with. A very detailed eye, coupled with a good ear for listening to what you’re looking for creates a project you can’t be disappointed with. Never rushes, always goes out of her way and has the ability to give suggestions that I couldn’t have envisioned myself. Working with her was a true pleasure and she made our renovated spaces absolutely beautiful!
