Accent on Homes was started in Northern Connecticut in 1994 by Industrial Designer Jill Betts IDSA, MBA. What began as a home retail company with decorating services is now a Full Service Design, Remodeling, & Decorating Consulting Business for Residential and Commercial Clients. Everyone should enjoy good design, so our goal has always been to produce high level design for virtually every budget. You give us your budget and we will customize a design for your budget. Accent on Homes is located in S Windsor, CT. Accent on Homes is a proud member of: National Kitchen and Bath Association, IDSA and the SEN Design Group. Cabinetry can enhance any room in your home. We offer both Semi-Custom & Custom. We can take you from start to finish with, appliances , countertops, backsplash, flooring, lighting, hardware, decor, etc... A great space will embrace and enhance the way you relax, entertain and live. Your lifestyle and style preferences serve as the foundation for your design. Whether you are redecorating a Living , Great, Dining, Den, Bed, Bath, Office, Basement, Kitchen or Media room or Commercial Space we offer Design services that are flexible to your specific needs. We can work with you whether you only need Design help and have your own installers, or if you need our full service offerings. We treat each Design we create like a custom piece of artwork, so we have not live up to our expectations until we exceed yours!

Jill helped us to come up with a design for some empty wall space that really came out beautiful. we added backsplash tile and shelving done by Dave. Great work and I would highly recommend them

Had a great experience with Neil and Jill- always answered our questions and were awesome with design recommendations. All skilled experts were great to work with and were perfectionists in their skills. Love my kitchen. Such a wonderful place to be now. Highly recommend.

I can not say enough good things about Jill and Neil Betts (Accent-on-Homes). They remodeled 7 areas in my house including a major kitchen remodel and main bathroom. Their sense of style is impeccable and the workmanship was always of the highest quality. Jill and Neil are wonderful people and extremely easy to work with. Jill and Neil did a kitchen remodel for me. I was extremely happy with the results and hired them to decorate my living room. Jill has great ideas and adjusts her design based on your budget. She is professional and fun to work with. Neil is very knowledgeable, and always makes sure things are clean before leaving for the day. I highly recommend Accent on Homes!!

It was our 1st experience building our home, we were actually doing well until it came to decorating the interior. After trying 3 companies Accent on homes was the perfect match. They actually got to know our style by spending time researching our choices, likes and dislikes giving suggestions and doing the actual leg work. Having an idea is one thing but Accent on Homes brought to life in the classiest stylish Decor that overwhelmingly exceeded our ideas. After being so impressed with their professionalism and expertise we decided to have them do our entire home over 4K sq ft. I have recommended them to colleagues who were so pleased. I hired this company to work on the following projects: 1. Design a mudroom bench - they did a nice job customizing a mudroom bench for my particular needs and space. I had specific ideas for what i wanted which required out of the box thinking. 2. Design a closet organizing system - i have a very long closet that is the length of my 3 car garage,but it has walls that slant at the top. This took creative thinking for a solution to maximize the space with this constraint. I am so excited on the design. 3. Selection and purchase of window treatments. - very helpful in working with me on selecting the right window treatments and colors. They are extremely patient as I could not make a decision and it probably took longer than normal to finalize so i give them a lot of credit. They are a great team to work with!! I highly recommend them and I will use them again!
