As the Design Assistant, I make a great deal of calls to Albert Lee in Bellevue. Whether it's to verify an appliance, track an order, or even require assistance in understanding an appliance or spec sheet, the sales team is incredibly helpful. They are always happy to help and I always hang up with my questions answered. Thank you Ted, Jerry, Brad and the whole sales department for being a friendly and knowledgeable team.

Mariam was a great representative for Albert Lee’s. She took time to listen to our wants and needs. She followed up with a email of costs the next. She also called and told us of sale items we were interested in buying. Albert Lee’s is lucky to have her because she makes the customer want to buy and share their experience they had there.

We visited this store twice in the past week while researching appliances for our new home. Both times the sales people were more than happy to answer our questions and to provide us with the dimensions we needed for our builder. They will definitely be our go to place when we are ready to purchase the appliances for our new home.

We are remodeling a couple houses and wanted to get information on which way to go with stoves tops and ovens. One of the sales staff spent an hour with us going over all options for gas, electric, dual, venting, etc. Wow !! I feel like now I can make an educated decision ! There was absolutely no pressure to buy. Just excellent, thorough, professional, friendly advice. When we are ready to buy, we will definitely buy there !
