Great people, great service, really great guidance as we had no idea what we were doing. Allen and Alethia came up with some great ideas to accommodate our needs. Product looks great! Highly recommend.

Allen and Alethea are simply the BEST. From the consultation stages of this project and all the practicalities I needed to be educated in, they have answered all my questions, provided their knowledge and expertise and been so friendly and professional through the entire time we've worked together.

We moved into a 20+ year old home in mid-2018, and felt that we needed help with a kitchen update. The existing kitchen suffered from an inefficient layout, poor lighting, a very strange and shallow pantry, and a number of design issues. Allen and Alethia helped us work through some alternative views for both the overall design as well as for cabinetry. We didn't make any major structural changes, but gained a tremendous amount of space by eliminating odd soffits and using the space more efficiently. Allen's designs allowed us to visualize how the space could look, and he worked closely with our contractor when any questions about the design came up. My goal was a brighter, modern kitchen that felt warm and inviting, even in the midst of an Oregon winter or on gloomy days (the kitchen has a north-facing exposure). Our kitchen is done now and looks amazing. Allen and Alethia's suggestions for incorporating trash and recycling has made my life easier and reduced clutter and steps. The coffee prep bar from my husband's "wish list" is getting daily use. Allen and Alethia always were prompt with appointments and followed up as expected. The cabinetry is beautiful and functional, and again], we appreciated suggestions on even small things that can make a big difference. We're on to our next project (a laundry room and a bathroom) and Allen's Fine Woodworking is our choice again for this reno! (Note: There are a few finishing touches still pending but the photos I've attached should give you a sense of the project).

I really enjoyed working with Allen's. They were great about giving suggestions and answering all of our questions. Alethia, in particular, went above and beyond when helping us with our countertops. She even called me during her vacation to make sure the choices were exactly as I had expected them to be. All of our cabinetry looks amazing and they made the process much less painful that it could've been. I appreciated their hard work and attention to detail.

The folks at Allen's Fine Woodworking really did a solid number on this project of mine up in the Snowden area of White Salmon, WA. On their site here, it's the "Spectacular Rustic Transitional" project. The small existing cabin received quite the makeover inside and out plus a large addition to fully bring it up to "house" status. The attention to detail that was brought to all of the custom woodworking throughout the house exceeded all expectations and really helped bring it all together in the end. Great job ! Look forward to doing more projects with you !

I would highly recommend working with Allen's fine woodworking. I worked with them on a Kitchen remodel a few years back and was impressed with the design and functionality that they were able to achieve in a small area. I also recently finished a custom built home that included Kitchen Cabinet's, Mud room, Bathroom vanities, Office, Wet bar and built ins throughout the house. We were very happy with Allen's Fine Woodworking when building our home. They built us a beautiful cherry bar top and installed countertops which were flawless. We ordered all our knobs and pulls from them and found their prices lower than elsewhere. It was a pleasure to work with them!!

Allen's fine Woodworking has done beautiful cabinets for our home and also custom work that require more attention. He understands what may look well for a window seat with built in blanket cubbies or a beautiful banister railing made out of hickory or open shelves for wonderful pieces of art. He always returns calls especially when the client has lots of questions and will give you an idea of when work will start and how long it may take.

Great designer and cabinet installer. Good selection of cabinets from which to choose. He gave me good guidance and ideas to think about before I made a choice. Now I have a wonderful and functional kitchen that I am so proud of. He also fabricated a beautiful fireplace surround with wood and granite that is such a great addition to our living room.
