Best Tile & Design

I was a customer here for years. I never write reviews on the internet but I am writing this one. Best Appliance sent their service technician Mike to my home to repair a $6,000 Bertazoni range that had an ignitor issue. He had been here 3 times since February which is no big deal. While he was in my home he proceeded to get angry over the repair. He made me really nervous, nervous to the point that I went into my bedroom and locked the door. I called Best Appliance to let them know I was really uncomfortable with what was happening we agreed he would fix the stove and go but instead after hanging up with the service supervisor he told me he isn't fixing the stove and left with the part that was ordered under my warranty. I called Best Appliance hysterical not sure why they would send someone like this to my home clearly on a substance of some sort. I got zero appoligies in fact I got an email the next day from the service manager telling me my propane was hooked up incorrectly when the range has been in my home for two years. I think it is important that no matter where you decide to purchase an appliance you need to make sure that you are not alone in your home when the repair person is there and that the company who sends this person takes responsibility for their actions. I have never had an incident happen like this ever to me in my home. I am a loyal customer and everyone is usually friendly and professional. I was fortunate to have my phone on my person and I activated the cameras so someone else could see what was happening and took myself out of the equation of the range repair to somewhere where I felt safe. No I will not be returning as a customer but I learned a huge lesson on whom to let into my home and the company that hires that individual.
