I live all the way in Los Angeles, very far from them. The quality of their work, degree of expertise and INCREDIBLE customer service makes this them the best cabinetmakers that you can imagine. I worked with Rhonda diligently, day in and day out to design something incredible. She could not have been more attentive, helpful or delightful. Using the CAD to USD also made it very possible... and extremely reasonable to get the most beautiful cabinets that I could imagine. Thank you Rhonda for everything! You're the best!

We are most certainly enjoying our beautiful new kitchen and can't say enough about Bloomsbury and the fine craftsmanship, attention to detail and meticulous installation and outstanding customer service from Luke and his Team, honestly they went over and above and we greatly appreciated it. And Barb nailed Russ's paint finish vision and we couldn't be more happy. We greatly enjoyed the opportunity to be behind the scenes in her process! Certainly Hali's genius on bringing Russ's floor plan to life with design and everything EXTRA while equally maximizing function in a small foot print can't go without praise. What first attracted me to Bloomsbury Kitchens, was my neighbour's beautiful kitchen and her positive review. Bloomsbury was very easy to work with, organized and professional. My kitchen designer, Jack, was fantastic. He listened to all my wants/needs and came up with a great plan, including a perfect solution to my biggest kitchen concern, the messy desk area. When I wasn't sure if my island pendants were too big, Jack assured me that they were great and how high to hang them. The installers were professional and efficient, making sure that I was 100% satisfied with the install. I LOVE everything about my new kitchen; the large island, oversized custom vent hood, and integrated desk area. Bloomsbury is a quality kitchen company that takes pride in the product they deliver, as well as having outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend them.

Bloomsbury Kitchens continues to offer amazing customer service years after installation! I completed my kitchen a few years back after a lot of research. I was looking for an English Style kitchen for my century home with a modern feeling. Rhonda (the Owner) is there every step of the way. Jack who designed my kitchen is patient and creative with space and design utilizing every inch of space. They offer a one year touch up and my kitchen several years later still looks like new and is the talk of the subdivision. Recently, one of my glass doors broke and not to my surprise Bloomsbury was there to fix the job. I wish that every renovation had gone this smoothly and it makes me appreciate companies such as this that are small enough to have everyone involved care so much about their projects. We recently hired Bloomsbury for all the cabinetry, including the kitchen, for our new 7000’ sq. custom ski chalet. We chose them because we have a Bloomsbury kitchen in our cottage that was installed by the previous owners and we love the design, functionality and quality of it. The whole experience from the design phase through to the installation was seamless and we were especially impressed that Rhonda and her husband Robert (the owners) were involved thoughout. Our designer, Hali Gallerno, was committed to designing cabinetry that met our needs and fitted perfectly into our new home. She was also invaluable when it came to choosing tiles and countertops and even accompanied us to suppliers. We were not on site for the installation, however, our builder was extremely impressed by the workmanship of the crew and would not hesitate to recommend Bloomsbury to his other clients. We are thrilled with all our new cabinetry and have received many compliments about it!

Though not the first time we have had the pleasure of working with Rhonda and Rob and their team, this was our largest project. The were indispensable in funnelling my wish list into something concise, and offered suggestions we had not thought of to make our vision a reality. Not only is our second Bloomsbury kitchen beautiful, but the whole experience was actually enjoyable. And on time. Bloomsbury also did all of our vanities, and the cabinets in the mud room and laundry room. Kelsey and Rhonda treated us like we were their only clients and really showed an interest in everything. They listened to what we asked for and gave their honest input. And Luke and his installers were the same, so pleasant to work with and always wanting us to be completely satisfied. I wouldn't consider another company to design/build cabinetry for my home. I strongly encourage my own clients to use Bloomsbury as well. The designers are very knowledgeable and accommodating and the quality of the finished product is outstanding. Bloomsbury did an amazing job with my kitchen, master walk in closet, ensuite vanity and mudroom cabinetry.

I need to start off my review with the fact that I LOVE my New Bloomsbury Kitchen!! After three years of looking at kitchen companies and photos on line, my contractor suggested that I go to Bloomsbury Kitchens and Fine Cabinetry. We visited the Bloomsbury location on Castlefield Avenue in Toronto. We had an appointment scheduled with Jack Creasy and I arrived with pictures of my current kitchen and with some ideas of what I would like to have/see in my future kitchen. Jack immediately made me feel welcome and listened to "my dream kitchen ideas". Jack showed me pictures of other kitchens that were designed by Bloomsbury and showed me all the amazing features in the Bloomsbury showroom kitchens. The entire process was painless and easy. Jack and Kelsey made me feel comfortable and never pushed me to do anything I did not want to do in my kitchen. They made very helpful suggestions and explained everything to me when I was not sure what they were talking about. I was pretty easy when it came to picking a colour for my new kitchen, hood, door style and moulding for my entire kitchen...I pretty much said to Jack "what would you do/pick". I trusted his opinion and his good tasted allowed me to have a spectacular kitchen. Jack also checked in during the installation of the kitchen which was great. Installation of the kitchen by Adam went very smooth and he was professional at all times in our house. When the kitchen was 90% installed we realized that something was just not right with the height of our wall-oven/microwave/warming drawer combination. It was way too high and we needed it to be lowered. Adam and Renford listened to our concerns and let us know we could still change things around and we were not "stuck" with what was already in place. Jack also reassured us that we could still change the design space. When I started to put kitchen items away I realized that I wanted more pullouts and a place to store my pot lids. Ryan measured and the space and Jack sent me pictures of what Bloomsbury could create for a pot lids drawer. I went with the one that worked for me and its perfect. My pots and pans are in one pullout drawer and right beside it all of the lids are neatly stacked. Finally I have to say that Jack help me to create a perfect spot for a bar in our unused servery. My husband absolutely loves it and he has proudly displayed all of his scotches as soon as it was completed.. I love my kitchen but this area is one of my favourites. We've entertained a few times since the kitchen was completed and my husband proudly brings his friends to "his" area to enjoy wine and scotch. Thank you Rhonda for everything! You have an amazing team and your kitchens are absolutely beautiful.

Bloomsbury was the first Kitchen Company we went to. As soon as I walked in I knew they were going to build our dream kitchen. Jack, our designer was amazing! He created a great design for us. He helped me tremendously when we had to make decisions on colours, hardware, cabinetry styles etc. We even had a dilemma with our backsplash installation and Jack gave us a great idea which solved the problem and looked even better then the original plan. The installation was right on schedule and went very smoothly. Luke and Paul, the installers were wonderful and very professional and worked meticulously at installing our cabinetry. Overall Bloomsbury Kitchen exceeded our expectations!! They are a top notch company and would very highly recommend them. We absolutely love our kitchen!! We have so much more storage space and I finally got the large island I always wanted. The colour and style of cabinetry that Jack helped us choose is timeless and I'm sure 10 years down the road we are still going to love it!!
