We are absolutely thrilled with our recent home renovation. After meeting with numerous firms, we decided Boca Kitchens & Baths was a great match and Karen Makvandi was the perfect partner for us. We had a full bath remodel with new vanities, large shower enclosure, tile, countertops, plumbing fixtures and new lighting. Can't say enough about Julis design expertise and the skill level of the myriad of contractors involved in the project. Boca Kitchens and Baths did a complete gut renovation of our 2 bed, 2bath condo in South Florida. When we met Karen Makvandi in her showroom she immediately put us at ease and walked us through the entire process. Karen was spot on with the time frame and visited the site often to update us of the progress with photos as we primarily live in the northeast. The end result is something we could have only dreamed of. Using Boca Kitchens and Bath and Karen’s team of contractors created something for us that has become the envy of our neighbors. Our experience was fantastic!

Karen M did an excellent job designing our kitchen and bathrooms. She has great taste and practical ideas about design and product. I was able to pick my cabinets, countertops, backsplash, floor and shower tile and LV flooring through Boca Kitchens which saved me a lot of time. We were fortunate to find Karen Makvandi who worked with us on an entire kitchen, bath and flooring renovation. Being out of town, we were able to hand her the keys for the summer and come back to a beautifully renovated apartment. Karen was a pleasure to work with from the time we planned the reno to the end. Her knowledge of materials helped us make good selections that were easily available. We were able to pick most products in the showroom and she accompanied us to appliance and fixture places for whatever else was needed. Karen communicated with us throughout the project and she was quick to handle any building requirements, permits and design decisions. We always felt that Karen knew what she was doing! It is rare to have a renovation project go so smoothly, even with the normal hiccups that accompany them, and we feel lucky to have worked with Boca Kitchens and Baths and with such a professional designer.

We had a great experience working with Karen at Boca Kitchen and Bath. Karen transformed a 1980s U shaped kitchen into a sleek, modern, pleasure to cook in space! The project was on budget and on time. The project had the potential to go off the rails -- but never even got close -- given the project required the team to trench the floor to move plumbing, match 35 year old marble floor tile, and coordinate several permit inspections. Karen was always responsive and the team members (plumbing, electrical, drywall. tile, cabinetry) were all proficient at their jobs, careful and courteous. We recommend Boca Kitchen and Bath for your next project!

Products were very well constructed. Karen Makvandi was incredibly imaginative and helpful in the complete design and installation of our kitchen and bathrooms. Their installer was fabulous. Very efficient and meticulous in his work.

For the past 9 months I've had the pleasure of working with Boca Kitchen and Bath. My representative / interior designer is Karen Makvandi and I met her on day one when I approached the builder. She took all the heavy lifting off my back and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She tells me what we need to accomplish for that day and we set out to do it like a team. I was definitely a little concerned about our ability to work as a team but once we got our groove on, we were working side by side from day one. I actually enjoy watching Karen work as she's always out to protect me and make sure I don't get taken advantage of. She's like the protective big sister I never had but now I'm so glad that I do; I don't know what I'd do without her.

Our designer Karen and the team at Boca Kitchen and Baths took our small, dark, and dated kitchen to an open and bright comtemporary delight. work did not begin until everything was in stock and ready to install. Work was continuous once it began. Karen was friendly, professional and easy to work with. All the contractors were professional, polite and cleaned up daily. Loving my new kitchen!

As soon as we met Karen Makvandi At Boca Kitchen and Bath we knew we found the right place for us. Karen met with us, listened to what we thought and showed us many possibilities. After our first meeting Karen came to our condo and took the time to listen and then take action. We made our choices for floors, cabinets, etc. She designed a kitchen that was clearly in line with our wishes. Her professional interest and design met our expectations. We got introduced to Shuky through our wonderful interior designer who had worked with Shuky before. Through our experience, what we learnt is that Shuky is a consummate kitchen design professional and one of the best in the field. She took our kitchen floor plans, heard from us what we would like that other designers thought was not possible, and within minutes drew a plan that turned out to be outstanding and to our liking. She designed the kitchen and kept on iterating the design to near perfection. What I found amazing was that even after we had approved the design one day, she worked till 2 AM to send us alternate designs because she thought that those would work better. What an internal drive to deliver the best! Our kitchen gets rave reviews from everyone who visits our place, and we give all the credit to Shuky and our interior designer. As a side note, we don't write social media or other types of reviews. This is our first one and I feel compelled to write it because I admire people who are driven to excellence from the inside.

Shuky, Juli, and the rest of the team at Boca Kitchen did a fantastic job designing and installing our new kitchen. We had very specific ideas on we wanted our new kitchen to look and feel. We also had very rigid timelines to meet. Shuky and Juli were a joy to work with. We have had one of the most amazing experiences with Boca Kitchen and Floors. Shuky was our designer and we could not of been more pleased. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and her attention to detail is incredible. Shuky knowledge on products and design made our project turn out so much more than we expected!! We did a complete kitchen renovation and new floors through out and all of trades were here on time and they all took extreme pride in the work. The working relationship between Shuky and her trades is exceptional, they all work together and around each other. The level of professionalism across the board made the process a very pleasant experience. Shuky and BK&F took care of all the pre construction details, were here checking in through out the project and took care of all finishing details through final inspection. We can not recommend Shuky and BK&F enough and we are so looking forward to doing our master bath project with them!!!

My partner and contemplated renovating our master bath for over a year. We finally took the leap and stopped by Boca Kitchens to get some ideas. We were on a limited budget (isn’t almost everyone) and Shuky appeared. We were immediately comfortable with not only her professional nature, but she made us feel at ease. Renovations can be super stressful. After looking through the shop, Shuky came up with a few ideas. We picked out a few vanities, looked at some tiles etc and then left. The following day I sent her a text saying I’m not crazy about what we picked out and to be honest I was very overwhelmed with all the different styles, designs, the layout. She said to give her a few days to put something together. We went back in the following week and I was flawed at what she chose. She had everything laid out. I am a very visual person. It was exactly what I was looking for without knowing.. Sleek, modern GORGEOUS and she was able to stay within our budget. Besides her amazing talent in design, Shuky planned everything down to where the light switches should be, to the height of towel racks to placement of hardware. I never would have put great thought in the usuabilty of some of these things. We ended up using our own contractor due to budget, which ill never do again because of some problems, but Shuky went above and beyond her own duties to help and assist and make sure things were being done correctly by the contractor. Shuky was always available by text and phone. I mean always!! Yes we texted her a lot. Lol Now if I can only save up some money so she can do my guest bath. In conclusion, I highly recommend her services as well as her store Boca Kitchen and Floors.

We had never done any renovations before and really were tentative to do so. Juli at Boca Kitchens and Floors was sheer genius and completed the job on time and on budget. Our condo is also gorgeous! We could not be more satisfied.

We contracted with Boca Kitchens to redesign and renovate our 2 bed/2 bath condo. The process of a total renovation was very daunting. Juli was able to translate what we wanted into a great design and offered manageable choices for tiles, cabinets, fixtures etc. The tradespeople were polite, on time and maintained good housekeeping. For the most part, the workmanship was excellent. Some re-work was required. Although frustrating, Boca Kitchens didn't stop until we were happy. There were no surprises or extras in the contract price. The scheduled completion slipped due to a number of factors, some of which were outside of Boca Kitchen's control, which pushed up against our move in date. The final product is outstanding. We get rave reviews from friends and neighbours. Even with the few issues that we had, we would not hesitate to recommend Boca Kitchens.

This was the second renovation project that we did with Shuky Conroyd of Boca Kitchens. The first was 4 years ago. At that time, Shuky completely remodeled our 30 year old kitchen and two bathrooms. We met with her both in our apartment and in her beautiful showroom which is loaded with samples of tile, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, etc. Shuky listened to what our thoughts were and then came up with an amazing design that fit perfectly with our needs and desires. She completed the entire renovation while we were up North for the summer. We received pictures on a daily basis and were in constant communication with her. When we decided to move into a 3100 square foot apartment that was again, about 30 years old, there was no question that we would use Shuky Conroyd of Boca Kitchens since we were so pleased with our first renovation. The entire apartment was badly in need of remodeling. This was a much larger job than our first project had been. Shuky has a great eye for design and keeps current as to the latest trends. Her ideas are fresh and imaginative. In this project, she moved walls, flipped the placement of the kitchen appliances, doubled the size of our shower, added a sprinkler system to the lanai, completely changed all the lighting fixtures to LED’s and replaced the floor with magnificent tile. The result is spectacular! The subcontractors that Shuky employed did fantastic work. They were very respectful of our property and were pleasant to work with. Shuky has a great relationship with all of her vendors, which made our job of choosing lighting fixtures, plumbing, cabinets, granite, closets, etc. very easy. And I am happy to say that both of our renovations were completed on time and within the budget that we were quoted. We would highly recommend Shuky Conroyd and Boca Kitchens for your next project. I walked in on a late Friday afternoon just looking to get some questions answered about cabinetry. I was greeted by Gloria, the General Manager and GC. She spent over an hour with me answering questions. She was thoughtful, honest, and in no way aggressive (unlike so many other showrooms I visited). From there she promptly sent me a quote, which was much more agreeable, for the same product, than other local companies. Despite the fact that I wasn't a big job, she was patient (I change my mind a lot!) and did everything to answer questions and accommodate me. The other staff are incredibly courteous and friendly. I would go there again in a heartbeat and recommend confidently. Incredible customer service. LOVE MY CABINETS!

Shuky is a professional. We hired Boca Kitchens to handle the renovation of our old apartment after water damage. She appraised the situation and met with us to discuss our desires. Flooring, cabinets, mechanicals, painting and plumbing were discussed. We were given a contract covering the scope and cost of the work. Shuky spent many hours meeting with us and discussing proposals. We gave her the key and authority to do the work. We left town in May and returned to a completed job in January. We were very happy.

Shuky Conroyd just remodeled my 28 year old kitchen, and I cannot speak highly enough about about her, her workmen and the completed job. My husband and I are in our late 80's, and we were only interested in a functional and up to date kitchen at a moderate price. I met with her last spring before I left Florida for our home in Michigan. We discussed what I would like to have and how much I could afford to spend. After spending several hours with her at my home and then in her office, she provided me with scale drawings of what she proposed to do. We picked out the cabinet style, the colors, the quartz counter top and the back splash. Her suggestions made a huge improvement to what existed. She then recommended a company for me to contact for appliances. They had a huge selection at fair prices . I ordered all my new appliances from them. After leaving a deposit check and a signed contract with Shuky and a deposit check and a signed contract with the appliance store, I left Florida in April and didn't return until December when I received notice that the work was completed. I found a beautiful, functional, modern kitchen with many small added touches and no further charges. The contemporary kitchen is white with stainless steel trim appliances and drawer pulls . The quartz counter tops are white,grey and aqua and one wall of the otherwise white kitchen is pale aqua. The room looks larger and airier than it seemed before. Shuky e-mailed me regularly during construction, called if she had any questions and sent me pictures as things progressed . At one point the two quartz panels came in mismatched and she insisted that they be replaced before work could continue. If anything went wrong, she handled the problem and I got a headache free job that turned out perfectly. My husband and I had no time to shop around when two of our appliances died. We contacted Shuky based upon the recommendation of a friend, and it took courage to spend a lot of money and to trust a person whom I had just met. I can only say that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Boca Kitchens & Floors to anyone who wants a company that has integrity, honesty and talent. In South Florida, that means a lot. This was our second time working with Shuky at Boca Kitchens and Floors. And it went as well as the first. Our small kitchen was completely remodeled with great taste and ingenuity. We only had 8' x 11' to work with but Shuky made the best out of it. She is very respectful but you get to know quickly what she thinks, which is great. She will bring some fresh ideas to fit your taste and preferences. She is a highly skilled and seasoned designer. Busy but always available and fun to work with. Only the bathroom has not been remodeled yet. We suspect she has already set her eyes on it.. We would work with Shuky without doubt. Highly recommended.

Our project was a complete remodel of the master bathroom. Shuky skillfully reconfigured the existing layout. The result is perfect! She has enormous passion for her job and great design sense. Her attention to detail and commitment to get the job done to the customer's complete satisfaction make her a pleasure to work with. Not to be overlooked, Shuky used subcontractors who were knowledgeable and skilled in their respective trades. They were professional, courteous and respectful of our property. In particular, the plumber, electrician, and carpenter who installed the new cabinets do exceptional work. My husband and I now have a master bathroom that looks and feels like a luxury spa.

Truly enjoyed our experience working with Shuky Conroyd at Boca Kitchens. She was thorough, helpful with selections, knowledgeable about their product. The kitchen cabinets were ready for installation when the builder asked and she went above and beyond to make adjustments as we found necessary...ie. we had the trash cabinet on one side of large kitchen,. After installation sent her man out to redo trash cupboard. We would highly recommend her. She came to us from our sister-in-law who used her and highly recommended her.

Shuky did a complete make over of my kitchen including taking walls down--new cabinets--new appliances. Shuky is extraordinary. Her taste and imagination are beyond limits. She completely redesigned my 2000 sq. foot apartment. This included the kitchen, bathrooms, common areas, lighting, and pumbing and heating. Not only were the designs outstanding but all the work was of superior quality. She was extremely easy to work with. She completely calmed my fears since I could not be on the site very often. The finished product is just stunning. I feel good every time I enter my home.

The services provided were to design the kitchen and two bathrooms as well as a complete renovation of the interior. Shuky guided the reconstruction of my entire 2000 sq. ft. apartment. This included moving walls, updating HVAC systems, updating all plumbing and electrical systems. The installation of the kitchen and bathrooms were flawless. The overall design concepts were exceptional. Shuky was really easy to work with. She followed up on the smallest of details and made sure I was completely satisfied. The project was a huge undertaking and it was a painless process.

I redid my master bath and added new cherry cabinet and a tall linen. Shuky draw me a plan and spent numerous hours made change until I was completely happy. She is very patient and well organized. She also answered any questions you may have and easy to be in touch. With my budget in mind, she ordered the cabinet, they arrived right on time and they are absolutely beautiful.
