Julie and Ashley are mind readers! Our project involved new furnishings for our living room, re-stain wood floors, new fireplace surround, new lighting, and removal of built-in cabinetry. In addition they picked out wallpaper for my nursery. Julie and Ashley gave my very poorly conceptualized plans STYLE! The design perfectly fits my home, is functional, is stylish, and honestly is exactly what I had dreamed of but didn't even have the expertise to put into words! (I'm telling you - they are mind readers!) Our meetings were efficient and productive, and each time left me with a smile. They helped direct me to a fantastic contractor as well. I recommend their team without reservation. Everything went so well that we are embarking on a kitchen and bath renovation with them now.

Bradshaw Designs LLC was a blessing to our home remodel. My wife and I really didn’t know how we were going convert some areas of our home into rooms we really wanted. As Bradshaw came aboard all of our concerns were answered and their team was amazing to work with. Julie and Madison not only came up with an amazing design but a design that far exceeded our expectations. The timeline given to them was not easy but the team not only met the timing but also exceeded in this area as well. Julie and Catherine are consumate professionals. They listened, tried to understand our tastes, and tactfully kept us from making poor choices. They honored their timetable and budget, were extremely responsive and kept us informed of progress. We love all five of our remodeled bathrooms and updated kitchen. We also love our new hardwood floors and modern steel and glass front door. Their ability to coordinate draperies and reupholster a few pieces tied together our existing furniture by giving a fresh clean look to our whole house. We highly recommend them.

We hired Bradshaw Designs to help guide us through a remodle of the central living area of our home. A large family room and smaller sitting room were partially combined. Also a new set of doors were added to the wall that led to our patio. The prior wall separating the rooms was torn down and a smaller wall was built with a see through fireplace. Both sides of the new wall were also covered with stone. They were able to match the stone to existing areas of our home where we already had stone. They also suggested framing the new doors in matching stone. Since the original wall was much larger we had a problem with the floor around the wall. We loved our original tile but it was not longer available. Bradshaw Designs came up with a wonderful design idea that incorporated the wood flooring in areas of the house close to the new wall. The remaining walls in the new area and adjoining hallways and rooms were all painted a new color with accents. New accent lighting was also added. We love our new floor plan. All of our friends and family who have seen it say that it looks original, not at all like a remodel. Needless to say, we were very happy with their work, ideas and professionalism. When we are ready to tackle a new project we will definitely call Bradshaw Designs.

Julie and her team listened to our design goals and ideas and incorporated it into their recommendations. I was impressed with our very first meeting - they "listened" and didn't impose their ideas but rather wanted to learn more about what we wanted and our own design taste and style. Julie and her team often took the initiative to visit the property on their own to check on the status of their work. We have just completed a major renovation of our beloved Lakehouse, and Bradshaw Designs,LLC was with us from the beginning. Julie Bradshaw and her staff visited our home to get ideas, but more importantly, they were listening to us describe what we were looking for and what we liked and didn't like. They went to work on design concepts, and when they presented them to us, we loved everything. We really do not recall making any significant changes. As the project went forward, Bradshaw associate Staci was there for all the choices that needed to be made (appliances, cabinetry, paint colors, etc.), and beautifully coordinated the timing of choices and materials to accomodate our contractor's schedule. We really became so confident in Bradshaw, by the end we were saying yes to everything. And the end result...well it is gorgeous and we wish everyone could see it. The scope of the project, in which Bradshaw had involvement throughout, included the gutting of the kitchen, main family room and living room, with a complete re-design of the space. The project also included major exterior changes that involved the re-design of thegarage, front iron gate and rock facia.

We hired Bradshaw Designs to do a major renovation of our 1941 home that had been built and updated over several iterations during the years. During our remodel almost every room was completely redone including electrical, new roofing, new foundation, lighting, appliances, design and an addition of a new master closet/bathroom and garage. Owner of Bradshaw Designs, Julie Bradshaw, personally oversaw her team's designs and plans which all turned out beautiful and functional. She also worked very well as the project manager with our contractor. Bradshaw Designs consistently performed with excellent experiential knowledge, organization, and professionalism. They were always accessible for questions and handled any issues that arose with efficiency. I felt that Julie Bradshaw truly wanted us to be happy with the finished product and was completely invested to make sure we were satisfied with the project outcome. Bradshaw Designs actually realized my vision of our house and made it into reality. Our house flows now as if it has always been the original floor plan and design.
