Brittany is an AMAZING designer! She helped us with a major remodel and helped us completely reconfigure our spaces to bring enhanced functionality and design to our home. She actively listened and boldly navigated us through the design process. What I appreciated most about Brittany is how much she cared and in the level of professionalism she demonstrated...I saw this over and over in how she interacted with us and our contractors, in how she respected our time and budget, in how she solicited feedback, and in how she showed her passion and enthusiasm in her work and our project. Consider yourself VERY lucky if you choose her as a designer!

Brittany met with me and made plans using my wishlist and budget, updated plans as things unfolded. We began in 2024, and the remodel was in 2025 when the contractor I wanted was available. She communicated well, and on time. Shopped for flooring/appliances/countertops/fixtures/lighting with me and had lots of experience to assist me, helped me avoid errors in judgment I would have regretted because she knows the field so well. Helped me plan ahead, and also think outside the box when needed. Managed the extensive project to make sure items needed by contractor arrived when needed, and dealt with companies to solve any problems. Was positive, willing to give her opinion whenever I asked and also completely respected that it was my house, not hers. Respectful, professional, personable, never pushy. Brittany has a wide range of experience... she worked her way up from selling various products used in remodels/building before she was a designer and it helps inform choices. She's not brand-new to design, and is efficient and experienced. I've recommended her to many friends and they are also very happy with their experience, both small (bathroom, for instance) and more complicated remodels. I recommend Brittany without hesitation.

I highly recommend Brittanys Design for your home makeover. Brittany worked with me knowing I have a limited budget and yet, if you look at my redesign, you would never know it. Brittany worked closely with me to assure my design needs were met and offered alternatives in order to stay in budget. The contractor she chose for me was amazing! She knew he was the perfect fit for my redesign. She kept everything on track, helped me to stay focused, listened to any concerns I had and always put my mind at ease. Our experience working with Brittany for our master bath remodel was fantastic from start to finish. She offered multiple well thought out design ideas. We have owned many houses, but have never redone one. So when we decided to update our current home from a 20+-yr old outdated Mediterranean vibe to a more contemporary look, we knew we needed help. We narrowed the list of designers to 3 and Brittany won hands down. Our intuition proved to be spot on. Brittany has many great qualities including being creative, efficient, smart, reliable, an excellent communicator, fun & funny, patient, calm & calming, but I think one of her biggest assets is her ability to reconfigure and reimagine space. Not only did she envision a drastic change in the layout of our main floor, but she did it in a cost effective, visually impactful way that maximizes the both the functionality and aesthetics of our space. We also appreciated that while she has great ideas and taste herself, she works hard to extract your style and taste so that the finished product feels like a reflection of you rather than her. Time and again she saved us from making decisions that may not have turned out as we imagined! She is also great at extracting the best work from contractors and vendors - no cut corners or sloppy work under her watchful eye - which we greatly appreciated since her knowledge far exceeded ours. I describe Brittany as part designer, part consultant and part therapist! My project has been in the making for a very long time and it would still be sitting there if I hadn't found Brittany. She has kept me focused on the style I want. When I ask for her opinion she is able to explain the pros and cons in simple terms. I didn't have to find another Architect for my lagging project she had just the right one. I also didn't have to search for a contractor - she had that covered too. Brittany has worked on two major house projects for us. She is reliable, creative, and helps us out with both big and small decisions. A 5-star rating does not provide sufficient credence to Brittany’s expertise. Moving to Washington state and purchasing a decent sized but dated house, I had a ideal of what I was aiming for to renovate the main floor, but no vision and no plan to get there. Reaching out to Brittany provided me an easy and pleasant experience that I can’t fully express my appreciation for, especially when comparing with other previous projects and stories from friends undergoing a similar renovation. The project was a main floor renovation, including the kitchen, living room and 3 bedrooms. Brittany was patient yet quick to understand my abstract thoughts and able to convert them into a practical design. Her approach was thoughtfully tailored to my personality and preferences. Brainstorming and ideating was fun and engaging as we worked through a number of approaches where she took all feedback with ease. Brittany helped rethink the layout in a completely different manner which ended up being far better than what I held initially as the ideal. She communicated her reasoning and design concepts clearly, which helped me visualize what was needed making the decision process straightforward. The entire process made life incredibly easy for me, which I’m grateful for given my busy lifestyle. I have yet to have a visitor (even those who are unaware that a renovation was done since moving in) that hasn’t remarked on how much they enjoy the environment, especially the kitchen.

Highly recommended by the builder I know and trust. Brittany is efficient and organized, very experienced, a careful listener, helps me avoid mistakes in planning or shopping and has ideas I wouldn’t have come up with. She knows her field and has wonderful ideas, but also respects that it’s my house, and my budget, and isn’t bossy. My upcoming remodel is extensive and the contractor knows all the measurements and details in advance, because her plan is thorough and professional. Her drafts of the finished look, in color & from all angles, helps me be sure of what I want. Brittany created multiple different plans based on my wish list. I loved parts of each variation she created and she patiently took the ideas from each that I liked and created a final plan that I am excited about and certain of. Brittany has been generous with her time and available for questions or to meet. She met me at recommended stores to shop for cabinets and countertops, floors, appliances, plumbing fixtures. She knows where to find what I’m looking for and has good working relationships with the vendors. She will have everything ordered and on site at the right time for construction. I’ve referred several friends to her for small and big projects and they’re delighted with Brittany Fritts also!

Brittany is terrific. Adjusts to your style and budget, and picks up on what you need help with. We initially hired her for a quick consultation, and now can't imagine doing anything to our house without asking her first. I contacted Brittany on Houzz after seeing her before/after photos and reading positive client reviews. We planned to interview several designers, but after her initial visit, we decided Brittany was a perfect fit. During her first visit to our home, Brittany not only showed us how we could remodel our cramped, outdated 80's kitchen, she presented a vision for updating the main floor to make our home more functional, beautiful and livable. As the initial design process unfolded, she gave us a variety of layout choices and collaborated with us as we wrestled to find the perfect fit. Throughout the six months of tear down/rebuild, she was available to answer questions or problem solve by phone/text/email and made regular site visits to check in with contractors. We love the results: a bright new kitchen design with beautiful cabinetry, hardware and tile choices, new front door placement, functional pantry/laundry rooms and a lovely open concept living room with large windows and sliding doors inviting the PNW inside. I recommend Brittanysdesign to anyone embarking on a home/ kitchen/bath remodel.

Brittany was very efficient and knowledgeable when we were making decisions on kitchen (the works) and main bathroom (plumbing fixtures and tile). I loved how level headed she was. I always felt she supported our need for choice and decisions. What challenges we had related to materials, timeliness with availability, and minor errors in orders. Everything was resolved to our satisfaction.

Okay, I know that 5 star reviews are somewhat cliche at this point and can easily be distrusted. I almost gave her 4 stars just so the reader would take me seriously. BUT, Brittany is every bit worth the 5 stars. Bottom line up front: Brittany combined my wife’s and my juxtaposed styles into something we both love. She took us by the hand and navigated through our arguments and anxiety, bringing us to solid resolution. The money we spent on her services saved us tens of thousands. She is worth many times more than what you’ll pay. Do yourself a favor, and hire now. Details: My wife and I have very different styles. She is very cozy farmhouse/victorian and I am very sharp minimalist modern. Needless to say, Brittany had her work cut out for her. I am doing my own remodel and have spent tens of thousands doing the same room 2-3 times because the end product did not fit our needs or either of our desired styles. My confusion and difficulty blending our styles led to indecision and halted progress. My projects froze in place as my anxiety increased. Houzz and other apps gave me so many ideas that I was inspired to a grinding halt as I tried to take pieces I liked from many sources and tried to combine them into something coherent and useful. Soon I found every room in the house was under construction and nothing could be finished. When it came time for the kitchen, we recognized the importance of getting it right the first time. Our funds had been exhausted as I remodeled the same spaces over and over. My wife and I were exhausted, and we agreed to invest in the peace and guidance a professional can bring. We interviewed with multiple designers. Brittany was the first to see our distinct styles and identified a clear pathway to reconciliation. My wife has ZERO imagination/vision abilities. Brittany was able to communicate for her and advocated on her behalf as I naturally leaned toward my strong impulses toward modern minimalism. Brittany was able to not only create in the space we identified, but saw opportunities for inclusion of surrounding spaces to enhance our vision and realize more than we were able to in our original desired end-state. She was patient as we manipulated draft after draft of her designs. Her ability to show us the completed project digitally gave us the confidence to commit the time and money to move forward. When it came time to select our flooring, cabinets, appliances, etc she walked with us through multiple vendors, typically unknown to the general public, in order to get our hands on our potential materials. Brittany showed great patience and skill as she adeptly navigated our emotional states and strong opinions. Emotional and physical exhaustion stopped our progress more than once, but she was able to bring us back for a fresh and renewed approach. When we finally completed our “shopping excursions” we were both excited and satisfied beyond mere compromise. Save your marriage/peace of mind, hire Brittany…now.

We remodeled our master bathroom in Spring, 2022. I knew where I wanted to place things in the room; but I'm horrible at selecting colors and materials that go together well. I was afraid I'd end up with something that cost a lot of money but looked all wrong. Fortunately, my contractor recommended Brittany who is awesome. I sent her some pictures of things that I liked and then met her at a local store that carries practically everything you need for a remodel. Brittany got there before me and had a wide selection of things already picked out. She helped me to quickly narrow it down to a few things that coordinated well and reflected the vibe I wanted... and we had fun doing it! Brittany worked closely with my contractor to make sure my choices were integrated into their planning. The end result was exactly what I was looking for. I love how our bathroom came out and would happily work with Brittany on any project. She's organized, responsive, fun. Most importantly, she listened to what I wanted and then worked with me to achieve my vision.

During the past year and a half, remodeling has been interesting....to say the least. Brittany has been right there to help me through the process, the selections and decisions for my new kitchen. She has been honest about how all the delays for construction, obtaining appliances, getting contractors etc have affected her too. So hard to predict exact dates etc. She has stayed right with me. Brittany helped us remodel the entire downstairs section of our home (kitchen/half bath/entry/2 living spaces). We found her after a disappointing experience with another designer. We were in mid-project and were nervous about finding a designer that we could work well with together. Brittany was just that. Brittany was so helpful with our remodel of our kitchen/dining and fireplace living room area. I was struggling with what color cabinets and fixtures to compliment and update our kitchen, Brittany helped me see what choices we had available and putting everything together with what lighting fixtures and flooring we had already installed prior to the remodel. Wow, where do I start? My project took a ton of time and effort. Brittany had to deal with the constant changing of my mind and the stress and anxiety of having a large remodel. We had constant supply issues, cabinet maker problems; you name it. I still don't have my oven after one year! Thankfully her connections got us a temporary until my oven finally shows up. She was on top of everything, and it allowed me to work and go to school without worry. I can't imagine figuring this all out on my own and then dealing with suppliers and all their issues. Highering, a designer, is 100% worth it. Brittany also has connections with fabulous contractors. We interviewed a couple and ended up with her guys, who made things so much smoother and easier all around. I loved her design so much, and she knew just what would look good all the way down to paint colors.

Brittany transformed our downstairs to a space that we find joy in all the spaces. The kitchen is an amazing transformation that is efficient, beautiful, and full of light. Adding large picture windows to the dining area and living room brings in so much natural light. Brittany understood our style preferences and knew when to push us a little out of our comfort zone. We are delighted with all of her choices and appreciate her patience and the extra time she spent working with us to furnish the new spaces. Brittany is absolutely wonderful! She created my dream kitchen in my awkward little home. Truthfully, her ideas for the kitchen and dining areas transformed not only those areas, but the entire feel of the house. I love everything! She was so helpful with picking out countertops, flooring, etc. She guided me, but still let me choose, so that my new kitchen is "my" style. She was firm when necessary. I was struggling with paint color and asked about a color other that the three colors she had suggested. She told me that it would be too dark. I went with her number one suggestion, and guess what? Brittany has been skillfully guiding us through renovations of our house in Gig Harbor. Everything from helping us choose a color palette that transformed the house to remodeling our fireplace wall which helped to modernize the look of the room. Under Brittany's guidance we remodeled 2.5 bathrooms replacing cabinets, countertops and hardware. We are now about to embark on a remodel of our kitchen and laundry room! We hadn't planned to do this much updating in such a short period of time, but working with Brittany has made the process of remodeling which includes the design, identification of products and lining up contractors seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend using Brittany for your design needs big and small. We have lived in our house for 4 years now and I have used Brittany numerous times, from choosing the right paint colors to our biggest project, a powder room remodel. With every consultation, Brittany remains upbeat while professional, and honest. Added new upstairs full bath and redid the rest on the 2nd floor down to the studs. Re-did original hardwood floors, 1st and 2nd floors, New granite kitchen counter tops and back-splash, stainless appliances, new main bath, heated floors both levels, sonos, new wiring Etc. Brittany's a savvy business woman who gets the job done. She took over the project Manager position when the General contractor had to be dismissed. Don't know if a lot of Designers would do that but she really impressed me! Catch her if you can before this year gets book also!

Brittany made this project come out way better than I could have imagined. She turned what once was a tiny bathroom into one that is now functional (as well as beautiful) with a ton of storage. I get compliments from everyone who visits. She revamped the laundry and 1/2 bath and it also is wonderful. Here assistance in choosing the appropriate tiles, lights, flooring, cabinets, hardware, etc. was perfect. Brittany would narrow the choices for me so it wasn't overwhelming. She made the process easy. I probably would still be trying to choose products if I did this myself. Brittany also had a great relationship with the contractor we used. I just wished I hadn't waited so long to do this project as it brings me so much joy.

Brittany did a design plan for me to remove walls to open up a living, dining and kitchen space in my very small home. She came up with an idea that is creative, thoughtful and and very inspiring! We were considering a minor kitchen remodel. On the recommendation of a couple of friends, we consulted Brittany. She came up with a couple of different designs: one to meet our minor remodel; a second major redesign to address some of the other thoughts both Britannia and we had discussed, expanding into the family room and opening the kitchen to the dining room. She provided the design, contractor, cabinet maker and plumbing/hardware. She made frequent site visits during the project. She was respectful, professional and attentive while also humorous and amicable. We enjoyed the relationship and appreciated her designs and advice.

Brittany was with our project from the ground up; all aspects. She helped with EVERYTHING!! Cabinets, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, paint colors, tile work, and even going with us to pick out furnishings! All of this can be so daunting...so many choices! Her recommendations of web sites to visit were spot on. Her product knowledge and the relationships she has with local suppliers and trades people made all of our decisions quite easy. Everything went into the soup and came out so beautiful. I love our new home and receive so many compliments and always refer Brittany to my friends and family.

We had the pleasure of working with Brittany on our extensive kitchen remodel. Though we had built the house ourselves, when it came time to update the 30-year-old kitchen, we wanted it done right. Brittany was referred to us by a friend and real estate agent who assured us that we would be well taken care of and happy with the results. After viewing our home and listening to our wishes, Brittany offered four different layout options for us to consider. Each choice presented a varying degree of change to our existing floorplan. After reviewing each of the optional layouts for their ability to meet our most important criteria, storage, and traffic flow, we chose the plan which had the most significant change. To expand storage and living space, walls between the dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, and family room were taken down to create one large, but comfortable living area. We now have a large kitchen that seats five people at an island for casual dining and one area for more formal dining. The new kitchen and dining areas now flow easily into the living area. Brittany guided us every step of the way, offering attractive and practical options we had never considered. We found the other professionals and companies she brought in to do the work were top notch. Brittany was excellent at communicating with us and punctual for meetings. We met with Brittany to get some ideas for our master bath area. We ended up hiring her to design and project manage the master bath/bedroom remodel. She also assisted in selecting flooring to use for the main areas in our home. She and her contractors were very professional and knowledgeable and always had great suggestions to help guide our decisions. Brittany kept in close contact via text, email or phone calls. We enjoyed this project and are very pleased with the results.

Last August I hired Brittany Fritts to help design and act as a liaison with the contractors in the remodel of my small guest bathroom. She began with three layout options, each with definite potential. Once the layout was chosen, we collaborated to pull different ideas together. Brittany is very skilled at listening to her clients’ concerns and ‘monitoring and adjusting’ choices to meet their expectations. Her contractors were perfectionists who really cared about my project and home. We chose a Kallista console sink that required special installation skills, and an Ann Sacks mosaic wall tile that took extra care and time. With Brittany’s impeccable taste and guidance the bathroom came together with a unique personal style. The project was completed in a timely fashion, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results!

We hired Brittany to coordinate our bathroom remodel. She had so many great ideas and recommendations...things we would not have thought of on our own. We had several problems during the install, but Brittany was always there to work with the contractors and make sure everything was corrected and done in a timely matter. We would have been overwhelmed with all the choices and decisions. We now have a beautiful bathroom with all the features we wanted. Brittany is absolutely AMAZING! I can't speak highly enough of her commitment to her clients, and her design sense is the best. She has spent so much of her time helping us through what has been an extremely taxing addition and remodel. When she is not on site, she is available via phone, text or email. There are many (in fact most) parts of this project I couldn't be paid enough to go through again. Hiring Brittany is not one of them. We would hire her again in a second!

Brittany designed our new bathrooms. The finished product was magnificent end she was a pleasure to work with. My husband and I bought our first home in Nov. 2011. It's a 1958 split-level, that needed some work to bring it up to our standards and mid-century modern aesthetic. We have worked with Brittany on the following projects: full kitchen remodel, full fireplace and mantel remodel in living room, and currently the nursery for our first child. I was lost approaching a bathroom remodel and found Brittany through a plumbing contractor. We had a very dated 1980s master bath, little storage, a horrible spa tub, carpeted floors, good-sized but dingy shower, long counter with double sinks but awful tiles & wood. It was a gut job. I retained Brittany to provide full service, help with design, material selection, contractor selection and oversight of the job. It was the best money I ever spent on remodeling. She led me through the maze of redesigning the bathroom, to eliminate the unwanted spa tub (or any tub) and to include a large and wonderfully luxurious shower, a sitting vanity with mirror and outlets, a large storage closet matching new cabinets, complete with rollout shelves, to store the myriad of bathroom supplies and first aid and medical and other similar supplies previously stuffed in 3 drawers and under two sinks. The bathroom was an organizational nightmare. Now, it is always neat and clean. The beautiful new sinks, quartz counters, porcelain tiles, fixtures, cabinets, handles, paint colors and other details went together beautifully. She always listened to my concerns, about cost, design, and paid attention to safety for older folks (beautiful grab bars in shower and great TP holder that is also a small grab bar) without having it overtake the entire bathroom. Every time we use the bathroom, we are thrilled with all of it. Friends and neighbors think it should be featured in a magazine! She suggested different items in different price ranges, sensitive to price concerns and warning me that some things I wanted were quite expensive and found alternative solutions. The contractor she recommended (and his assistant) were the best I've ever worked with. Always on time, perfection on the job, worked on our job until done, except for a couple of snafus in shipped items, which delayed things. I would definitely consult her again. She also helped me select color for adjoining master bedroom and new padded, dark-colored headboard, of which I was leary, and which is just a fabulous addition to the room. Her pricing was also very reasonable for the services rendered and the services did not leave me feeling overwhelmed by a job that I couldn't handle on my own. Thanks, Brittany!

We were reluctant to trust a designer/project manager at first, but looking back, we would have spent twice as much and been disappointed in the outcome if we hadn't hired and trusted Brittany. She is a true professional and excellent problem-solver. We had a very small and challenging bathroom which was situated under a staircase in a 100 year old home. Brittany and her crew worked a miracle to completely transform a real problem bathroom (which was unusable) to the most functional, best-use of space, and beautiful room in the home. We've already asked her to start planning other remodels in our home. A true treasure of a find.
