Brock Design Group is an award-winning interior design group and based in Portland, OR. We offer complete interior design for new construction & remodeling services for projects in the NW and around the country. We provide on-site consultations and manage the project to completion, or simply work with clients on a consultation basis. Collaboration between our design team, client, builder, architect, and subcontractors are important to realize the most beautiful and functional space possible while keeping budgetary restrictions in mind. Brock Design Group was founded by Lori Brock in 1992, after gaining an extensive 23 years experience working in her family’s remodeling and new construction business. Our team consists of a network of trained, ethical, and talented professionals that we trust and have worked with for many years. Lori is a registered General Contractor and Interior Designer specializing in Kitchen and Bath Design. Lori is also a past board member and current member of the NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association), and Construction Contractors Board license #145794

Lori used our time efficiently when we would meet and helped us narrow our choices for materials and colors. She is a talented designer and knowledgeable contractor. She hires talented craftsmen and we had no issues with our home security during the remodel. I only had an issue with the cabinet design and wish she had taken more time explaining or showing us examples of what the final product would look like. For that reason, I am giving her 4 stars instead of 5. The cabinets continue to have issues with closing. The cabinet contractor she chose was less expensive than other cabinet makers but I guess you get what you pay for.

My wife and I were very pleased working with Lori. From the very beginning, her ideas and suggestions for our kitchen remodel were excellent. The main reason we hired Lori was because we couldn't come up with a floor plan we could agree on. The floor plan Lori came up from was super. We were very happy with the plan and the results. All along the remodeling process, Lori was accessible, supportive, positive and responsive. She is clearly knowledgeable about interior design and highly professional. We trusted her instincts and were not disappointed. We are most pleased to have hire Lori for our project and would highly recommend her.

Lori Brock is fantastic to work with! She is creative, professional, responsive and fun. I hired her as a design consultant (separate from our general contractor) for an extensive whole-house remodel (we are into month 13 and still a few months to go). Lori helped design the kitchen and a bathroom, helped lay out light and switch locations through out the house and helped with big decisions such as moving interior walls. She is now helping us pick out carpet, counter tops, floor coverings and paint colors, and later will help us pick out furniture. Working with Lori is confidence inspiring; she is so experienced that she quickly helps us narrow down choices taking into account style, quality and price. She is not afraid to steer us away from bad ideas or to build on our good ideas. Her fees are reasonable and she is super flexible. I really don't know how we would do a project of this magnitude without her advice and guidance.

We had the pleasure of working with Brock Design Group on a custom wine cellar project back in 2016. Lori and her team are visionaries and knew exactly what they wanted for their client. They were extremely professional and very down to earth. I knew right away from our initial meeting that their success was not only due to their amazing work but how they treat their clients and subcontracts with superior customer service and the utmost respect anyone can ask for. Our collaborative efforts resulted in a very happy end customer and an award winning design (Best in Design 2016 - Oregon Home Magazine). Our project was an office space and team room for a Division 1 college football team and their coaches. We needed to transform an unusable space into offices for our head coach, all assistant coaches, a large team room for 110 players, and work stations for players. Lori and the team from Brock Design Group did an amazing job bringing all of this to life and giving this team a championship caliber office space.
