When Charlene came to our house to take measurements and discuss our ideas for our kitchen/dining room renovation it was clear that she really knew what she was doing. I love HOUZZ and had been saving ideas for over a year. I showed Charlene several of the kitchens that I admired and we were immediately on the same page. Within a few days, Charlene emailed me the plans and she even included a picture of our dog, Sugar as wall art…nice touch! It was exactly what we wanted. Upon visiting her shop, she had pulled samples of cabinets and counters and with in a half an hour we completed our selections. Our kitchen is now complete and every time I walk in I cannot believe that I live here. It's beautiful! Charlene was a pleasure to work with. Her years of experience and knowledge of her products made what can often be an agonizing process easy. Thanks Charlene!

Charlene was great to work with. She provided us with a great design and was very helpful in choosing all the right details ensuring that the kitchen and bathroom came together beautifully! Having samples of the cabinets was incredibly helpful as well when choosing granite and paint colors. She was always prompt in responding to emails, texts or calls.

Charlene was great. She had wonderful ideas such as rearranging the placement of the sink to the corner to allow more counter space. We had a tight budget for our kitchen and she came up with beautiful cabinets and granite countertops that I love that were affordable. I am so happy with my new kitchen and would highly recommend Charlene.

I thought that I could only afford to reface my kitchen cabinets but Charlene came by to price an entire new kitchen, including an island that didn't previously exist. The cost ended up being very affordable, the cabinets are of high quality and most especially, Charlene was great to work with. Her expertise in layout, placement of appliances and scale were very helpful. She was prompt in providing me with a plan and altered it to my preferences. The cabinets arrived on time and the installation went great. I am thrilled with my new kitchen and highly recommend Charlene.

We are a family of 6 that was looking to change the entire footprint of our kitchen. We knew we needed more room and better functionality with our new design. We also knew that we needed to complete the construction on time and within the budget. Charlene listened to our needs and provided many great design ideas that were not just aesthetically correct but also functionally correct- two very different measures. What we found throughout this process was just because you may see something in a magazine or at a store or residence does not mean that the design or idea is ideal for your needs. Charlene was candid with her suggestions of what we should, and more importantly should not do with our design. She did not simply agree with all of our ideas. This fact created a layout that is ideal for us and did not cause us to spend on things we did not need. The cabinets that we purchased are proving to be durable and I feel good about her recommendation. We have been living with our kitchen for 6 months now and I can honestly say that we would not change a thing about the kitchen. We do not have any one thing nagging at us wishing we should have done this or that differently. In my opinion that is when you know you got it right. We get rave reviews from people that visit and the functionality of the kitchen is great for our large family.

Charlene was awesome. She listened to our ideas and designed a fabulous kitchen. She helped us pick the cabinet style and types, granite and hardware. She was available whenever we called. We love our kitchen. It is very functional and blends well with the character and decor of out house. Beautiful job! Neighbors and friends love it too.

Charlene was great to work with--helped from the beginning to conceptualize the project--and all the way through until things were done.
