Cindy Skinner is an extraordinary designer. Over the course of our 15 year relationship, Cindy has done several projects for us. Her use of color, attention to detail, and responsiveness makes her indispensable not just as a designer but as a partner in any project she does for her clients. She solicits input and is able to translate her client's desires and needs into a successful finished product. She is also able to collaborate not only with the client but with the contractor. She has an ease about her that takes the stress of new projects out of the equation.

We asked Tracy to help us redesign a tiny, old-fashioned, cramped guest bathroom and the ideas that she brought to the table were creative and fantastic. She drew up plans for our bathroom that my wife and I had never dreamed of and helped us assess a few different layout options. Tracy was easy to work with, professional, friendly, honest, and also extremely detail oriented. Without her help, we never would have been able to make the best use of our small space while also turning it into a modern, comfortable, luxurious bathroom. She worked with us every step of the way, and her opinion when choosing floor tile, cabinets, granite counters and bathroom hardware was invaluable. The finished product looks fantastic! Her fee was very reasonable and we would highly recommend her services to anyone interested in redesigning a room in their home.

Carol Tracy Designs have done several rooms in my home. They are meticulous about measurement, so that once the contractors start, there are no surprises. They offer recommendations freely, but are happy to work within my overall vision. The first photo is of the very small bathroom they helped with. It feels huge now! The second is a guest bedroom renovation, so the room can be used as a sitting room, or guest room with magnificent built in cabinetry and closets.

We worked with Carol Cinotti on our recent home remodel. From the moment Carol entered our home she shared creative & updated ideas for our cramped 1946 home. She listened to the needs of all family members & designed a fabulous kitchen that's perfect for our family & friends. Beautiful classic design with tons of storage, work space & natural light. She went above & beyond our expectations!! Such a pleasure to work with...overjoyed with the outcome. Carol also designed a two story mud room/ entry way & our master bath &master bedroom. Functional & fabulous!!! Loving our "new" home!!

We wanted to renovate our master bathroom and had no idea how or where to start. Tracy Newman helped us tremendously - she made sure she understood and listened to our our ideas and she pointed us in the right direction. With her guidance she lead us through the process and made great suggestions that we never would have thought of. When the project was complete it was way beyond what I could have hoped for. I worked with Carol at CarolTracy Design and I cannot say enough good things. We had our bathroom remodeled and she initially came over to take measurements of the space and then put together a fantastic design that took advantage of all the space perfectly. From there she helped us pick everything from tile, cabinets, shower, toilet, all accessories and coordinated the installs with the general contractor. I work literally 7 days a week so it was a blessing to have someone take control and complete everything from head to toe. The bathroom turned out AMAZING and I have Carol to thank. We could not be happier and I would recommend her company to anyone. Can't wait to remodel my kitchen next- just need to convince the husband!!

Tracy receives our highest recommendation. Tracy's designs were done promptly and included everything we asked for that space to contain. We transformed a completely unfinished basement into a complete space including entertainment and a custom bar design. An office, wine cellar, full bath and playspaces are also included in this build. We chose Tracy and the builder she recommended. The build started on time and ended early. Both Tracy and the builder were available any time questions arose. Tracy chooses the highest quality materials and our space is unique. Her design was forward thinking. We cannot wait to get more adapted to having this wonderful space! We have more projects on the horizon and will definitely calling Tracy back to design those spaces.
