Received the assistance we needed at the showroom in making a shower door choice. The door was ordered and an appointment set up. Installers were prompt, professional and friendly. They did an Excellent, clean job. We were advised for our application to purchase a frameless door and that was good advise. BuildEx recently worked on a master bath renovation with Carolina Glass & Mirror. Our client had very specific requirements for the look of the frameless shower door and matching glass bathroom door. Before visiting the CG&M showroom, she actually stopped by two other local glass companies who both said that her ideas were not possible with the custom dot style glass that she wanted. After my client visited the CG&M showroom and met with Catharine, we quickly learned that exact shower door system was possible. Catharine was even able to find the perfect chrome door handle. The glass was just recently installed and the workmanship is truly superior. My client loves her dream bathroom!

Carolina Glass has completed several shower enclosure projects for us. They are competitively priced and offer good service and communication. The only draw back is the amount of time from scheduling templating to install date is a little long. But, that seems to be the industry norm.

Everyone from Carolina Glass & Mirror was professional. When we went to the show room is was neat and organized. We received two estimates for the two options we were considering. The employee who came out and measured was great. We knew we were getting glass cut to a sixteenth of an inch for an irregular shape since the curb was not exactly level in either direction. He also figured out the largest piece of glass that would fit up our staircases so there was no surprise when the installers arrived. The installers were professional.. They did a very neat and precise job. The caulking was excellent. They put a small dent in the ceiling and Carolina Glass & Mirror took $75 off the final bill to more than cover the repair. They did not complain about the 75, they immediately offered it. I would highly recommend Carolina Glass & Mirror.

Everyone did a wonderful job. The only thing we would have done differently is to make the glass enclosure shorter. That was caused by lack of communication from us to you when ordered. We would certainly hire you again.
