Michelle is someone I would give ten stars if I could. I needed a layout or blueprint for the placement of the plumbing and electrical systems in an emergency. After doing a thorough online search for this kind of service, I was lucky to find www.changeyourbathroom.com. After choosing the Custom Bathroom Blueprints service, Michelle Lauren was my contact. I have no hesitation about saying that I am really happy with the service Michelle offered. I gave a list of things I wanted to be in the bathroom and was provided blueprints everything according to the best flow for creating a room I would want to use. In addition, Michelle added something that I had not considered, which helped me visualize the idea. When Michelle quickly gave me the results, I felt like a huge weight had lifted off my shoulders. I am incredibly appreciative of her expertise, her professionalism and her service.

We hired Michelle to help us design our dream bathroom and she did just that! We had a host of needs with a lot of changes to our existing layout. We had a full tray ceiling, yet we wanted to partition the bathroom into 2 parts so we could have a water closet. Somehow, we ended up with a beautiful water closet, sliding privacy door, floor to ceiling linen closet, cast iron tub, vanity for the water closet, double vanity for the two of us, shiplap ceiling, marble tile walls, and all high end Kohler signature hardware. My wife calls it her ensuite jewelry, haha! Here's why Michelle makes a difference. My wife and I had a lot of ideas. Michelle has an incredible gift of pulling together all of the ideas and an amazing knowledge of materials. She was able to offer up ideas in a manner where my wife and I were able to realize a vision far better than each of us had on our own. Michelle's floor plan and visual rendition of what our bathroom would look like helped us to quickly envision our new bathroom. She is truly exceptional at what she does! The before and after pictures of our remodel says it all.

Another successful bath install by Change Your Bathroom. I just completed my 2nd bathroom remodel. Everything is expensive, especially labor, but you get what you pay for. I paid premium price to get my bathroom vanity, mirror, shower and accessories installed and premium service is what I got. Jesse is EXCELLENT!!! His work is impeccable. He installed everything so masterfully. I am so glad that he was able to assist on this project. I have not experienced great customer service lately, but Change Your Bathroom always delivers. As a virgin to this whole using a designer experience, I did not know what to expect. From the very first meeting with Michelle, I knew that I had to work with her. She took a picture of a vanity that I wanted and made it come to life. Jesse and Troy installed the vanity and cabinet and I was extremely impressed with their level of detail and expertise. My bathroom is now more than I could have imagined. The remodel included accessories also which just connected everything together. I did have an issue with a few nicks on the vanity and loose shelves in a small cabinet, but Jesse came and corrected the issues. He is wonderful and now everything is perfect! But remember, you pay for what you get so do not skimp on anything. It will all be worth it in the end. When I remodel my guest bathroom, I will make every effort to use Change Your Bathroom again. Michelle was helpful and very patient with us as we shopped for tile and fixtures. The finished bathrooms look exactly like the renderings. During the renovation, our house stayed clean. You would not know that a renovation was in the works. The crew always arrived when they said they would and showed great attention to detail. Michelle designed and constructed my bathroom and laundry in my newly built pool house. I wanted a unique bath/shower area and she had a great vision to complete the project and she was extremely great to work with. Her selection of floor and wall tile and toilet and sink were very modern with a very high cool factor. I wanted a large shower area and she designed a one of a kind (literally) Kohler shower system with three different showers and very cool lighting – all automated. When we decided to remodel our master bath we contacted an architect and a couple of general contractors. We were not really sure what we wanted and we were looking for suggestions. I hired Change Your Bathroom for my master bathroom, from start to finish it was an amazing process. First we started with the design- Michelle guided us through the whole process which honestly I wasn’t looking forward to at first because before we hired them I was overwhelmed when we looked at tile but it was actually a really nice experience. Michelle was able to envision what we wanted and helped by narrowing down choices so we could make easy decisions. The 3D renderings were really helpful too. Once the construction started we were impressed how meticulous the crew was, they did a very good job with the install. They kept everything really clean with their dustless system and the end result is better than we expected. The whole process was very stress free, I will be using them for our hall bath in the future.

We hired Michelle and her crew to design and renovate our master bathroom and we are very happy with the finished result! They did a complete turn key renovation which includes a steam shower, heated floors, an air tub, custom built in cabinetry and medicine cabinet mirrors with lights inside of them. Michelle took us through the whole shopping process and then made some nice 3D views for us to see the bathroom before we got started with the renovation. The contracting crew were great as well, very polite and clean. They use a dustless tunnel system that made sure that the rest of the house was clean during the project (which they put up and took down every day). Throughout the whole project everyone was great and answered all of our questions and at the end of the project they made sure everything was clean and ready to use! We will be using them again when we are ready to renovate other bathrooms.

Over the course of 2.5 months, they transformed our 20 year old builder-grade master bathroom into a spa-like oasis that we will enjoy for years to come. From the first design meeting to the shopping trip where Michelle accompanied us to tile and fixture stores to help us pick out our finishes, her eye for detail was invaluable as we developed the plans for our bathroom renovation. After she finalized the plans and rendered them in a beautiful CAD drawing that enabled us to visualize exactly how our bathroom would appear, we commenced with construction using her team of contractors. Her team (especially Joshua and Jesse) were present almost every day of the renovation, and they are true master craftsmen with expertise in electrical work and plumbing. The dust mitigation system they used (a plastic tunnel that was put up and taken down each day, running from our bathroom directly to our front door) was incredible, and allowed us to sleep in the adjacent bedroom throughout the entire construction. Our bathroom remodel employed extensive tilework, and I was extremely impressed with the artistry of her team. What I was most pleased about, however, was how Michelle dealt with the few problems we encountered during the renovation (i.e. a showerhead mounted on the wrong wall of the tiled shower). She made very clear that our satisfaction was her chief priority, and all changes were handled without any resistance or pushback whatsoever, and at her cost. This sort of professionalism is incredibly rare amongst contractors, and is likely why she has earned superlative reviews on both Houzz and other review sites. Change Your Bathroom is a great choice for doing a bathroom renovation. Michelle Fee offers both design and build, and will help you choose things like tile and fixtures. The work crew is meticulous, and they do a remarkable job of keeping things clean. You might find someone who is cheaper, but you might not actually save money doing so, as few contractors do as careful work. We did have a few hiccups working to a hard deadline (guests arriving from out of town), but Josh, Jesse and the rest of the crew worked extra to get almost everything done. They also came up with creative solutions for a couple of items, such as hanging sconces on a mirror we could not drill through for wiring. They just came back this week for a couple of days to finish off some minor items which could not get done before our deadline. We are very pleased with the work. Do make sure you talk through expectations up front.

This is our second project where we've used Change Your Bathroom. They are hands down the best renovation company we have ever hired. They are extremely professional and all work is of the utmost quality craftsmanship. They provide great design expertise and give creative input in the intial design stages. Change Your Bathroom, Inc is by far the best group of people. We completely gutted the entire master bathroom. After discussing the project with 7 contractors we made the decision to use CYB. I studied Houzz for weeks before deciding to contact Michelle Fee to start the design and quoting process. We signed the agreement with CYB not based on price alone, but on the quality of their inspection of our property and the vendors they were dealing with. It was very important to me to get this job done correctly the 1ST time. The job was completed and we are very happy with their service. We will hire them again to complete a renovation in or Kitchen and another bathroom later.

Michelle was an excellent support in guiding me to the stone that would work best with my bathroom which has travertine stone floor. She aaas quick and efficient and worked off of what was pleasing to my eye. I loved her professional and especially her eye for overall design. I will be cling on her when I start my next project!

I hired Change Your Bathroom to renovate a hall bathroom. It was dated and I wanted to start from scratch and make it more transitional. They used their dustless system and they were very clean through the whole time they were working on the project. They are very thorough and I am very happy with the finished bathroom. I will use them again for another bathroom remodel in the future.

Wonderful job on our master bath remodel. Changed everything except for the original tile which now looks fresh and new with the brand new custom cabnitry and other updates. ***UPDATE - January 2016*** I just wanted to pass on my recent experience with this company. The other day I noticed a small area in the shower that concerned me so I gave Michelle a call. She immediately remembered me and said that she would send someone out to inspect the shower. THE NEXT DAY Josh stopped by and (after placing booties over his shoes to protect our home) inspected the area I had spotted. He spent about an hour fixing a minor issue and said to give a call if I should have any further concerns. WOW--what more could you ask from a company that did an install over a year ago ?! Exceptional customer service. If your still researching for a company to give your place a touch of class, then you need to stop, pick up the phone, and give Michelle a call. ORIGINAL REVIEW: If you are like me you are reading reviews to help decide which company to hire for a remodel. Well I am here to tell you that your search is over - I would give them a 12 star rating but can only give them the maximum of 5. My wife and I decided that we wanted to have our old shower remodeled into a MUCH larger one with a rain head setup. Our first introduction with the company was with Michelle. She came to our house, took pictures, gave suggestions, and answered all our questions. The company -for a price- will take you shopping for faucets, tile,etc. PAY THE MONEY and go shopping with Michelle. You won't regret it and will learn a lot in the process. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and honest with her recommendations. In addition to all this she was quick to return phone calls and answer emails (even on the weekends)--what more can you ask of her ? A true joy to work with from project start to finish. On the day the remodel was to start the work crew showed up consisting of Josh, Jesse, and Joe. This is where the company really showed their true colors. The first thing they did after introductions, was explain what we could expect throughout the entire process then they installed a dust free tunnel which would allow them to bring in supplies while keeping dust and debris out of the rest of the house - think of a man size hamster tunnel. What a great concept. I know enough about plumbing and tile work to get by, so believe me when I tell you that these guys went WAY above and beyond - their attention to detail was amazing! You would think that they were remodeling their own mother's home. We were so impressed that we had them install a new kitchen sink/faucet and disposal while they were here. I even made a last minute request to have them install a new stationary sink in the laundry room. There was never a sink in the laundry room so all new plumbing was required - Just over 2 hours later we had a new working stationary tub professionally installed - WOW. Add to all this, at the end of each day they would clean not only their work area, but any area of the house that may have gotten dusty due to the ongoing project. These guys are true professionals who are a credit to themselves and to their company. When we are ready for future remodeling projects we will without a doubt request their services. We hired this company to complete a master bath project. We had some pre-existing issues that had to be accommodated and they were able to think outside the box and solve problems. The result is a beautiful, spa-like bath. Workers were professional, arrived on time, and utilized a dust-control system that left no trace of the work throughout the house. They cleaned up every speck of dust and debris and left the project in pristine condition -- we didn't have to do anything to clean up behind them. We could not be more happy with their work and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Very considerate of detail. Made sure the base work, flooring,electrial,plumbing was all in place before decorative work was done. They did a great job on water proofing the entire area . They had to do some fancy tiling work on the slope of the floor into the splish slash drain. They designed the vanities and Michelle recommend the quartize top and found a great selection for me to choose from

I hired change your bathroom to update my master bath. They were very helpful from the beginning to the last project on the list. The work they did was excellent. They replaced countertop, sinks, mirrors, lighting, shower and bath tub. Then they did the main thing I wanted done was install travertine tile. I couldn't be happier. The new tile looks like what I would see in a magazine. They also had some great design ideas and then could implement those ideas.

Change Your Bathroom (formerly known as Atlanta Custon Tile) did an amazing job on my bathroom and kitchen remodel. One of the reasons I chose to utilize their service is their dust containment system and the seamles drain they instslled in the shower. The dust containment system was pretty cool and made a HUGE difference in the dust in my home. They were very professional and are very good at their craft. They not only installed but offered design ideas that made me feel good along the way. I would use them again.

They did a complete renovation of my hall bathroom including moving electrical, lighting fixtures, new tub, new toilet. We had our master bath upgraded by Change Your Bathroom. They did a great job - it exceeded our expectations. Josh and Michelle were most helpful in helping me to make decisions on the tile. They offered great suggestions on how the travertine, ceramic and mosaic tiles would look together along with some money saving ideas. We also had a frameless shower installed. Additionally, we had some areas of rotten wood they had to fix. They completed the work on time and delivered as promised. A year or so later we had problem with the waterfall faucet we had installed in the garden tub. Josh and Jess worked with us to resolve the problem and find a new faucet for us. Josh & crew did our walk-in shower with shower head, hand-held & bench. They worked efficiently, making as little mess as possible & cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly, respectful, made wonderful suggestions to improve the design and even allowed my husband to observe & ask loads of questions. Josh and his crew sealed and changed the color of the grout on our two bathroom floors. They also added tile to the walls of the bathrooms. They look like new bathrooms! They are very professional and most importantly, they make sure you are 100% happy with their work.

My only disappointment is that I found this company after owning my home for 10 years. We have been disappointed by so many contractors in past years, we gave up searching for someone to renovate our master bath. The staff from Change your bathroom made the process so easy from start to finish. Now the only problem is our bathroom is so nice I have to keep my children from constantly using it! The owner of the company has an eye for detail which helps if you need a little help through the decision process. The workers were very respectful and conscious of the fact they were working in our home and very tidy. Josh not only is a man of his work, but a true professional. He retiled both of my bathrooms, one with slate and other with marble. He also refinished the kitchen cabinets and the mantle in the living room. He worked on one at a time until completion. If I was satisfied he would start the next project to completion. Each one was done in meticulous manner and with total attention to detail. I receive compliments from everyone that sees his work. I would and have recommended Josh to anyone. I trust the work and also him being in my home without supervision. After each project was completed, it was left totally clean and without any dust. I asked him to work during certain hours as to not bother the neighbors and I never received any complaint from anyone. You will not be disappointed.

I recently used Change Your Bathroom to remodel a full bathroom in one of my rental properties. They discovered that the sub-floor had rotted through into the floor joists.
