Charleene's Houses, LLC is a woman owned design build renovation company. Charleene Doverspike has spent the past 34 years fine tuning her skills and perfecting her trade as a designer and contractor specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions and multi-generational spaces. She began renovating row homes on Capitol Hill, Washington D.C. in 1987, moved up to working on larger homes in Arlington and Fairfax Virginia, then moved her business to Baltimore in 1995. One of the first gentrifiers in Canton, she gained a vast array of knowledge and experience in maximizing small spaces from her many years of renovating row homes. She began working with customers as a result of the many folks who walked through her homes for sale and loved them. She became a licensed MHIC contractor and began offering her services to solve homeowner’s needs. With 32 years of experience solving all types of home problems and projects, she pulls out all the stops to create the renovations you will love, in a timely manner, and at a price you can afford.
