My kitchen cabinets from Cunica were installed two weeks ago and they are perfect! Cindy is great. She was easy to work with, very detailed making sure the Cabinets were not only stunning but functional for my lifestyle. Having her own local mill added.to the project being completed ahead of schedule, and installation was seamless. The quality shouts out!

They provided the entire custom cabinetry for new construction in Cayucos. This included kitchen, laundry, and bath cabinetry along with cabinets for two studies, halls, and a murphy bed. Cindy provides an excellent design service, which we utilized to consult on most of the materials for the interior design of the house. Very high quality cabinetry with excellent design services. We are extremely happy with the results, and still are amazed at the unique kitchen cabinets provided.

Cindy Collins of Cucina Kitchens and Baths planned the remodel of my very small kitchen. I was very pleased with her design and the cabinetry provided by her company, and I was impressed with the professionalism of Cindy and her crew. Cindy recommended contractors and sources for flooring and other materials. She also coordinated with the contractors to help the remodel proceed smoothly. As my cabinets were being installed, I discovered the orientation of one of the cabinets was not working for me, and I asked for it to be reoriented. Many thanks to Cindy and her crew of talented craftsmen for helping us enhance our kitchen. Ten years ago Cucina was responsible for the total remodel of the house we just purchased. The sleek kitchen along with a fantastic view of the city was one of the main reasons for choosing this house. The kitchen design, counter tops and custom cabinets had withstood the decade looking amazingly fresh, our only concern was that we needed a bit more storage and wanted to replace the electric cook top and small oven with a gas range. Cindy was prompt to respond to our call, remembered this job from ten years past, and was even able to show us things about our kitchen that we were unaware of. She guided us through the decision of adding an addition storage cabinet and was very informative about materials available and the benefits or drawbacks of these materials. Cindy took my request for the need of pantry space as well as a storage space for pots and cookie sheets and designed a cabinet with rolling drawers, produce bins, and slats for sheets and pans. Her talented crew of artists took this design and the result was a beautiful, functional cabinet. Wood and color matched the previous cabinets perfectly. In addition, they were able to meticulously cut into and remove counters to make way for the perfect gas range fit. Needless to say we are happy with the job and service.

Cindy is fantastic. We started with a kitchen that was much too small for the entertaining I wanted to do, almost no counter top space. Cindy tried a number of designs and nothing really addressed the problem and I thought I was probably stuck with very little space. Then Cindy had her great idea: move a wall! At first I thought she was kidding but she wasn't. As it turns out we didn't really have to remove an entire wall which could not be done anyway. We simple moved one section of the wall and created space for a cabinet depth refrigerator, the microwave, and additional storage space. Finally I had a kitchen big enough to be functional with sufficient counter top space. The cabinets looked so great and were so functional that I had them put in the study for a built in desk with storage space and my entertainment center. Then we used the same cabinets in both small baths and the house came together rather than being broken up by too many different styles and colors. Cindy was creative and helpful and must have the patience of a saint. But everything I wanted to get done was beautifully taken care of with seeming ease. And I can honestly say that everything has been in place long enough to know that the cabinets hold up beautifully. There is essentially no noticeable wear and tear after 10 years. They continue to clean with just a swipe of a damp cloth and some mild soap. I couldn't be happier. When two very small problems developed I called Cindy and she took care of getting them fixed immediately. I feel like I have a lifetime guarantee from Cucina.

I hired Cindy to do my kitchen design and she was wonderful. The reason I chose her over other kitchen designers that I interviewed was that I really connected with her and she seemed like she was focused on creating the kitchen design that I liked, not what she liked. When she showed me pictures from her portfolio of other kitchen designs she had done, I knew I wanted to work with her. She is very low pressure and has an amazing eye for envisioning a room and for also suggesting the appropriate material combinations - cabinets that work well with countertops that work well with backsplashes that work well with flooring and on and on. She can advise you on things as simple as which cabinet handle to choose up to counseling you on cabinet design and floor plans. In the case of my kitchen, I gave Cindy my requirements and she came up with an idea that I had never even thought about. She is so creative! Plus, she is VERY pleasant and easy-going! You will love working with her!

although we havent started construction yet, due to damage from an exploding water heater, cindy has been enthusiastic and patient with us from the beginning. her experience is very appreciated as she is able to just look at our awkward kitchen and understand what needs to be done to this 1970s house, to bring it gently into the 21 century. cindy has exquisite taste, and tact when confronted with indecisiveness as well as , hmmm, how should i say, as well as when i am not making a really good design choice. i look forward to moving forward and see this remodel to fruition.
