Experts in cabinet architecture, Dalia kitchen Design has brought distinction to residential interiors for almost three decades. Charged with a passion for excellence and unparalleled attention to detail characteristic of her German upbringing, Dalia Tamari founded the company in 1987 setting herself up in a small self-run showroom at the distinguished Boston Design Center. Today Dalia Kitchen Design still resides in the Boston Design Center, now occupying three full sized showrooms and employing over a dozen ridiculously talented designers. My firm, Flavin Architects, has been working with Dalia Tamari and her talented team at DKD for well over a decade. DKD is well versed and able to fabricate the full range of kitchen styles from traditional New England to cutting edge modern. They are strong collaborators, good at understanding the client's preferences, and then helping the team achieve its goals. Our work together has included the kitchen of a magnificent home on Nantucket and a waterfront home in Rhode Island. We also worked together on her own home in the Berkshires. I highly recommend Dalia Kitchen Design.

I did 3 apartments and one house with DKD over the years. In the last project DKD designed our kitchen, home office, laundry room, 2 bathrooms, and master closet…. They did an amazing job! The quality and workmanship of the cabinetry that they offer are far superior to any that I've seen but what really sets Dalia Kitchen Design apart are the details and the design. They really understood our style and the entire look of the house and were extremely professional throughout the entire process (and a pleasure to work with). I would go back to Dalia Kitchens if I ever do another kitchen or other cabinetry for anywhere in my home or another home

Dalia Kitchen Design doesn't believe in temporary or flimsy. I salivate every time I walk by the showroom at the Boston Design Center! We all know that the Kitchen is one of if not the most important room in the house where we all like to congregate. The space needs to be designed correctly by an expert and furnished with a quality and style that equals the quality and style of the home. Well you have found the right place. Years of experience to fall back on. Impeccable reputation. Honorable people. Once you see a Dalia designed Kitchen at a friends home or you visit the Showroom you will understand.
