Davis Kitchen & Tile

We contracted Davis Kitchen and Tile to remodel two bathrooms in February of 2026. At the beginning they were very responsive, conducting professional meetings, presentations and agreements to perform the work we were seeking. We provided them with our desired timeline of completion by father's day weekend in June (4 months) to which they agreed was more than reasonsable. We put down a deposit for the work and that's when problems began. Despite several requests via email and voice mails requesting a projected start date, we were ingnored and our messages went without response. It wasn't until I requested to terminate the contract and get a refund that a representative from DKT contacted me, apologized for the problems, identifying unexpected personnel turnover as the reason for our problems but that work will be beginning on June 14 and will most likely be completed within three weeks. DKT did show up on the morning of June 14 and began demolition of one of the bathrooms, removing the shower, toilet and sink/vanity, a solid day's work. However, that's where work has stopped for the last 3 weeks. Now we have a semi-demolished bathroom, with material sitting on our walkway and are again experiencing unanswered messages regarding our projects. The chronic inconsistency, poor communication and lack of progress, as well as what seems to be habitual over-promising and under-delivering has made this entire process and experience one you should avoid.

Davis Kitchen and Tile designed and completed our 3 bathroom remodels. They are absolutely beautiful! Our designer was amazing and worked with us to incorporate our ideas. She really listened to what we needed and was very accessible. She worked with our budget as well. We absolutely loved our project contractor. We requested him for all 3 of our jobs. He was so easy to work with and we felt very comfortable having him in our home. His attention to detail and beautiful work are absolutely stunning. We couldn't say enough good things about them.

My old kitchen was removed and a totally new one installed. The footprint remained the same and Davis Kitchen & Tile was there for the whole process: design, material selection and installation. They were very professional and I am completely satisfied with the kitchen and my experience working with them.

Full master bath tear down and remodel. Moved plumbing, a/c duct, added new plumbing for second sink and larger shower. All new cabinets, flooring, lighting, tub, shower, and sinks. Job completed within timeline and work is excellent. Very happy with our new master bath.
