As usual, a great job, Brian and Scott are the best there is. I had a unique room that needed specific cuts, Brian was great, he made recommendations for the best flooring in the room, great pricing, Scott, the installer was unbelievable attention to detail on install I couldn't ask for a better team!

This is the third renovation that I hired Design Center East for and I won't go anywhere else. They are professional, honest and easy to work with. Since I have no eye for design Cindy helped me pick out the cabinets, flooring, counter tops and sink/faucet. When the project was completed I was in awe!!!! My Kitchen looks like something out of a magazine!!! Thank you Cindy, thank you Mike and all the guys at DCE. You are the best!!!

On trend. On time. On budget. Pretty much describes our experience with Design Center East (DCE). We had a first floor mid-80s master bath with massive wasted space that designer Michael Weitz and his team took on. They created a powder room PLUS a secluded master bath in the same footprint, making sure to minimize our total cost by using creative design techniques. Fit, furnishings, workmanship - all top-notch. Subs showed up when they were supposed to (one minor exception). And we were kept informed throughout of what to expect and when. We did have a glitch toward the end of the project with trim stain but Michael worked with us and the problem was resolved completely to our satisfaction. This level of expertise comes with a price. But the result, carefree renovation, and quality of work is more than worth that price. Use DCE again? Absolutely! (Next project already in the planning stages.)

We loved working with DCE. From start to finish they were professional and responsive throughout the process. They cleaned daily and were respectful of our home. We appreciated them so much during the kitchen renovation that we hired them to renovate our bathroom.

We contracted with Design Center East to remodel our kitchen. They came highly recommended from my parents who have hired them many times. The time they allotted for creating the perfect design, choosing our cabinetry and accessories, to the floor and countertops was plentiful. Mike was so patient and professional with his creative ideas. Pam was amazing as well. She assisted us with selecting everything. The crew that came to the house was professional and most importantly timely. Mike created a schedule for the project - from demolition to completion, which stayed on target. I had a wonderful experience working with Design Center East. They created a gorgeous kitchen, bath and laundry room uniquely designed for my older, circa 1800, home. DCE is comprised of an amazing group of talented, knowledgeable professionals. They worked with me closely each step of the way. They were always available to answer my questions and consider my ideas. Deadlines were met and the work was completed within the budget. They changed not only my house, but impacted my life.

I had my kitchen completely remodeled by Design Center East, and love the work that they did! When this project was in the planning stage, they were the only company to suggest moving the appliances to different locations within the kitchen, which made a lot of sense. By doing so, it opened up the counter space and created a huge work area that I didn't have before. I was very timid about taking on such a huge project by myself, but the team at DCE guided me through every step of the process and made it very easy for me to identify what I truly wanted in my new kitchen. The workers cleaned up every day, and blocked off the living areas so the dust from the project was contained. Every single person working on this was courteous and very professional. The quality of the work was excellent, the project was done on time and within my budget as well. To this day, when I walk into my beautiful new kitchen, my first words are "I love this kitchen!"

Design Center East is great to work with. They are all very pleasant, and take all of your needs into consideration when planning a project. They helped me find ways to save money and the end result was beautiful. They did my kitchen counters and backsplash, and bathroom floors. They stuck to their timeline, and were always very prompt with times, and cleaned up after themselves. Their showroom has tons of great materials to browse. It's worth just stopping in to say hello, they are a fun crowd! .

I worked with Michael and Lori to redesign my kitchen. This company offers such wonderful ideas, customer service and products and at a very competitive price. They designed a beautiful kitchen plan and I ordered my cabinets through them as well. The construction is still underway but I'm sure I'll love it when it's all put together.

We had a complete kitchen remodel. While the job didn't go perfectly, what job ever does, any issue that came up was dealt with quickly and fairly. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen and the job that was done and would recommend DCE without reservation.

Before a project begins, Michael Weitz provides a calendar with the work plotted out and scheduled e.g. days that demolition, drywall, plumbing, electrical work, flooring, painting, etc. are expected to be done. The team that handles the daily construction perform top quality, heartfelt craftsmanship - completing each task like it was their own home. The workers show up on time. They pay attention to the smallest details, respect your home, and clean up their work area every day. Michael does a terrific job with management and oversight of each project, always standing by their work. Any unexpected hitches are handled with ingenuity, calm, & problem solving. Michael or someone from DCE quickly responds to any calls or emails along the way. When friends and family tell us about their bad experiences with other builders, we always feel SO LUCKY to have had DCE for our past remodeling and available for future work.
