My first stop in creating cabinets for my dining room was actually Lowes. Once I realized what I had envisioned was going to cost me a bit more than I expected I decided I would rather support a local company. I reached out to Design Showcase and brought in my ideas and research, asked some questions and they did the rest. They used a computer program to render what my dining room would look like once completed. We made some changes, introduced some fun features like kick-drawers and pull out shelves. I did spend a little more than my original order at Lowes, but it was worth every penny and feels good to support a local business. I did have one hiccup with my order, which was due to an error with the cabinet maker. Design Showcase took over and helped me to facilitate the changes. I had a great experience and will definitely use them for my kitchen remodel.

Design Showcase has an excellent selection of materials, mostly tile and stone, but other items as well. For those that would like to use them that way, they are a “one stop design shop.” I received excellent service and timely quotations for materials. After purchasing just at the lockdown started, they went out of their way to receive my materials, and to let me pick them up. Design Showcase is the area’s most comprehensive tile and stone resource, and you are likely to receive excellent service.

Rose and Grace Interior Design

The team at Design Showcase was fantastic from start to finish. We were probably in their showroom 5 times before we ever purchased anything and they were extremely courteous and helpful each time. We finally did move forward with our very long planned Kitchen and Living Room remodel. We went from 90's tile and honey colored cabinets to a modern spin on traditional design. We can't say enough for the amount of time they spent with us to talk through the design thoughts we had to help us execute our dream design. The finished product was everything we had hoped for and their expertise helped us push the envelope a little in a couple key areas that really helped bring in some excitement while perfectly fitting our style. The costing was also very reasonable as we competitively bid them against a couple other shops in the general area. (Bonus points for not yelling at us for eating all the Red Vines.)

Design Showcase is a great local resource for kitchen & bath projects, having both a wide range of gorgeous materials and thoughtful, talented designers. We totally renovated a large master bath with their help including a new floorplan, detailed drawings, cabinets, countertops, tile, heated floor, mirror & glass, curbless shower & linear drain. Engthia was our designer and project manager, and she selected materials which came together beautifully in the finished project. It was a pleasure working with her and the entire team at Design Showcase. We plan to do our kitchen next!

We ordered 3 different tiles for our bathroom. They didn’t order enough of ANY of the tiles despite giving them a full drawn out detailed bathroom layout. In fact, we were told that we had too much of one of our tiles and so they suggested how we could redesign our plans to use all of our tiles. We used their idea and they didn’t even have enough tile for their own layout!!!! They gave us the wrong diverter for the shower. It was a true nightmare. We had to pay for rush orders ok all 3 different tiles and were told the tiles wouldn’t exactly match. Lovely. That’s not what you expect from such a pricey, high end tile store

Wow! These guys were great! They came when they said they would, and finished my project before Thanksgiving when company and family were arriving. I had two beautiful new bathrooms for myself and guests. It was all done on time and almost spot on the budget that they projected. The workmen even cleaned up after themselves! I am planning on hiring them for the kitchen update as well in 2018, that's how much I liked them.

From the moment we walked in not knowing anything about the process, everyone was so helpful and genuinely interested in finding the look we wanted for our new bathroom. Engthia has an incredible design sense and her advice was invaluable. She listened to our desires and design tastes and then presented some truly outstanding ideas. We are so pleased with the colors and materials she chose. Peer's advice on construction and helping us through the whole process was incredibly helpful. Don't hesitate to go to DS, they are wonderful people who want to do the best for their clients. They are responsive and understanding and have so much patience for lots of questions and guidance when you need it. I highly recommend their services.

We would refer Design Showcase to anyone wanting to remodel their kitchen for the first time. We will only be doing this once in our life so we wanted it to be perfect and had never used an interior designer before. We had some idea of what we wanted but when we dropped into the showroom, the customer service, quality and extensive selection of everything from counter tops to back splashes to knobs and pulls was truly overwhelming. Cathy recommended the Brookhaven cabinets and we couldn't be happier. It is like fine furniture. The efficiency of the new kitchen layout and and special cabinet features and their placement are perfect. Cathy was always available for our contractors to contact with any questions. She also made a few unannounced inspections to be sure they were on track. She always kept me aware of where we were in the process. I'm currently thinking about remodeling a bathroom and will most certainly contact Cathy at Design Showcase to assist.

Design Showcase really went above and beyond for this project. They worked closely with me and my family to find an affordable tile and installation for our tight budget and timeframe. Peer put us first to make sure we could have our entire 1250 square foot house tiled and ready to move into in less than 20 days. Cathy and Peer are the most incredible designers and so respectful of their client's needs and budgets! They know and understand the world of high end custom design and are a delight to know and have on a team of professionals. The project they worked on was new construction for a custom home and they provided all the kitchen, bath and entertainment system cabinetry and hardware. They measured for all the case goods and provided all the follow up during course of construction. They collaborated with all team members involved in the construction of the home. They provided consultation on all the finishes and budgets and produced all the shop drawings for the fabrication as well as consultation on all custom hardware and finishes. Their follow up during installation was superb. This was an intricate set of cabinets and they are an exceptional addition to the home! They are truly professionals in their industry and we can only provide the highest accolades to their commitment to quality design and their clients satisfaction. Five Stars Plus for anything and everything you desire for your new or existing home in their realm of professional capacity!

Kathy and Peer at Design Showcase in Napa have assisted me with several projects . . . master bath, tile entry way, and most recently re-carpeting of my Napa home. I can't say enough about how helpful, honest, and full of integrity they are. This is a small business owned by local people who really care about their service. They have helped me find excellent pricing - well below another popular business in town for the carpeting. They have followed up and always performed on time or on the rare occasion that they could not, they let me know why they could not. I will use them again and again for future projects:-) One happy customer here . . .
