Diane Clay has an excellent eye for colors and how they fit into the scheme of your home. I worked with her on my bathroom remodel, which turned out beautifully. She also helped with the wall color on the rest of the house, inside and outside, which turned out wonderfully. I am currently working with her on a kitchen remodel which I have no doubt she will lend that careful attention to detail and color expertise to make the project excel. I would highly recommend her for any design project. My kitchen project is not complete yet but Houzz made me put a date on this recommendation.

Dianne did a complete renovation of my home several years ago, and it turned out beautifully. More recently, I moved into an apartment and she decorated it. Everyone who enters remarks on how beautiful and cozy it is. What Dianne is especially good at is understanding the tastes and goals of her clients. She does not impose her own tastes on others. She is also wonderful at finding unique, but not expensive, pieces of furniture or art to enhance a living space. Dianne is easy to work with, friendly and great at what she does.

Diane and her incredible team of professionals did a complete remodel of our kitchen and the work is impeccable. Her contractor, Ty Valadez, is a perfectionist in his work, and has a team of professionals second to none. Diane checks on her jobs daily and provides input that adds to the beauty of the completed project. We will definitely use her services again

Did a outstanding job for me on my personal home. Very knowledgeable in all areas of updating and remodeling. Saved me from make some poor /costly mistakes. Allowing me to not only stay under budget but do more then I had planed on doing. Plan on using her on all my investment property's in the future

My wife and I have known Dianne for many years outside of her interior design business. We finally had an opportunity to seek her assistance in remodeling much of our home. We started with just the master bathroom but were so excited about the results that we completely renewed the other two bathrooms, the kitchen, most of the flooring and had new paint throughout. Although my wife and I have good eyes for general design and decor, Dianne took us to a whole new and higher level while recognizing our likes and dislikes. Her suggestions really made the house look like something out of a design magazine without going overboard on either the design or the budget. In fact, she was able to negotiate granite and plumbing fixture prices to save us a lot of money. Her contractor and all of his workers were terrific, too. They were most competent, trustworthy and kept the house far cleaner than we had anticipated. Schedules were made and kept. Dianne's fees were worth every penny and then some. The total costs came in on budget and were also well worth it. I cannot imagine being happier with the entire job; especially when you consider how stressful such matters can be if you do not have someone like Dianne.

We remodeled our 1980's master bath and Dianne was fantastic from start to finish. She listened to our wants and needs, and working with our budget, she incorporated a beautiful design. There were structural surprises along the way that required some changes, but Dianne was always prepared with new ideas or design elements. We met at many locations to choose fixtures or lights or flooring, and she always had selections ready for us to see and/or suggestions that helped pull it all together. Her ideas and recommendations were invaluable when all those choices can be overwhelming. Dianne's contractor, Ty, is the best. He has a crew that could not have been more courteous and professional. They did not cut corners with quality and any questions or concerns were handled promptly. In addition to being a really nice guy, he kept the process running as smoothly as possible. The cleaning crew that scrubbed our house at the end of the project was a great touch too! Without hesitation we would work with Dianne and her team again.

Dianne was the perfect designer to do our kitchen update. I had already consulted with three previous designers but Dianne understood my vision! Dianne has great ideas and can problem solve solutions to issues that surface during renovations. Not only is she knowledgeable and personable, she works hard to stay within any budget and contributes multiple ideas for consideration. We've worked with Dianne on a kitchen renovation and just recently asked her to help with two bathrooms. We love them!! They turned out beautifully!! We hired Dianne Clay to redo our small kitchen in our hand-built underground house. She brought on board a contractor, Ty Valadez. They worked together very well, and their communication and punctuality with us was excellent. Because of our unique house, they worked together to solve some unusual problems to give us a kitchen we love and fits with our house. Also, the crew they brought into our house to do the work was professional and were all people we did not mind having in our house. Dianne's manner was professional, and I felt comfortable with her from the very first phone call. Also, she went out of her way to find tile and lighting fixtures that were difficult to locate. She really listened to what I wanted but was willing to suggest alternatives that I would never have thought of. She relieved a lot of the pressure that comes from a remodel. I am so glad we hired her.

Dianne helped us design our recent master bathroom remodel and the result is beautiful. This was our second major project with Dianne (she did our kitchen several years ago) and we could never have done it without her. She has a great eye for design and color and was instrumental in pulling everything together. She really went above and beyond when we were picking the tile and counter material - she did all the legwork and didn’t blink an eye when we changed color direction in midstream. She encouraged us not to rush into a decision until we felt it was right. There are so many choices to be made during a project (such as light fixtures and hardware) and it was very helpful to me that Dianne would curate a selection that I could choose from. In addition, Dianne works with a number of excellent vendors and contractors who ensured that everything went smoothly and looked great – for instance, our custom cabinets are gorgeous. We really appreciated her attention to detail. She’s also a good project manager who kept things moving, kept us updated, and stayed within our budget. We would not hesitate to work with her on our next project.

We recently asked Dianne Clay to design a kitchen lighting project for our home. . . I wouldn't have considered asking anyone else! Dianne has done several remodeling projects for us in past years, including large master bath and kitchen projects. She's got a keen eye for design, and the good people skills needed to coordinate the design and construction phases. We've always been thrilled with the quality, timeliness, and cost effectiveness of the results. When we did the kitchen project a few years back, we wanted to keep our kitchen cabinets, so Dianne designed the rest of the kitchen (countertops, backsplash, etc.) to suit the cabinets. Also, at the time, we didn't want to re-do the lighting, so now's the time for that!!
