Dilworth's Custom Design

First class from beginning to end. From our first meeting with Dave we knew we would comfortable working with them. We were doing a complete remodel of our kitchen which would include replacing a sliding glass door, tearing out all cabinetry, wooden floors, removing a partial wall, new LED lighting in the ceilings and changing our layout. The planning took several months of planning and I was given plenty of time to see my options and make my decisions. I worked with there design consultant Colleen who listened to what I had in mind and helped me to achieve my goals. We were assigned a team of two terrific guys that were at our house Monday - Friday from 8-5 daily. These talented young men did everything and at the end of each day they vacuumed and cleaned up the entire work area. Our project was estimated to take 4-6 weeks and they completed it in four. I cannot say enough about the total experience. We are thrilled with the results and wouldn't change a thing

We just finished a master bath remodel with Dilworth's Custom Design. We were highly impressed with every stage of the job, from initial contact to final completion. Dave listened to our wants and needs, and he and Annie helped us find the perfect materials for everything. Through mainly Annie, all of our questions and concerns were quickly addressed. I was always at work while the renovation was completed, but my husband was just as highly impressed with both the work that was done, and his interactions with the renovation team. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom, and can't recommend Dilworth highly enough.

Excellent company to work with. They are amazing and plan and execute the project from beginning to end. Everything (other than appliances) can be viewed and selected in their show room. Their custom cabinetry is both beautiful and amazingly functional. There are spice racks, drawer dividers, lazy susans, not a bit of wasted unusable space. Dave and Natalie have amazing ideas (and incredible patience) when it comes to the planning phase. We embarked on and completed two large projects with them, a master bath and kitchen. Both these projects were innovative designs involving some demolition. Rick and Jack, supervised by Dan, completed our first project and Rick was back for the second as well. both were completed a few days earlier than originally expected. The wait for initiation of the project may be longer than you might expect and the cost may be more than quoted by other contractors, but the finished product is well worth the wait and expense. The quality of the work and the craftsmanship is superb. We had another contractor complete our basement and there is no comparison in the organization and attention to detail that Dilworth's puts into each job. We will never use any other contractor but Dilworth's again. Thank you for my beautiful kitchen and bathroom!!

DCD started with a Master Bedroom and turned a room into a closet. I feel in love with their designs, work crew and professional attitude that they ended up doing my entire home over several years. It is a show piece. We were even asked to be on the Collegeville house tour. I am to selfish to include photos because I do not want any one to copy the floor plans or design.

Dilworth's were fantastic from start to finish Meeting Dave, he's a Premier salesman- there is no pressure- he is there to help you in every step of your selections. their showroom is fantastic- it helps you visualize 'your' kitchen. the people at the showroom couldn't be any nicer and very helpful. Dave's 3D layouts on his pc help it easier to see how your kitchen will look at. Dave hands over the responsibility of your job to his brother Dan who is the on site mgr. If you're lucky enough to get Rick and Jack as your two man crew you'll be as lucky as we were.they are excellent craftsmen! end of each workday they cleaned up and went over what they did that day and what was coming next in the job. Our job was estimated for 4 weeks , they got it done in 1 day short of three weeks and that was a complete remodel of our kitchen -complete demolition ceiling to floor, Dan their boss popped in each week and even more if they needed something so the job wouldn't stop. we were 100 % pleased start to finish! [ btw- Dave likes baked cookies :) ]

As a contractor, we deal with many vendors. The most pleasant experience has been with Dilworth's Custom Design. We have been installing their products for several years and our customers rave about the final product. Their designer Jen is absolutely perfect! Never leaves anything out and always comes up with great solutions for any space. Their workmanship is like no other. We will continue to use them as our cabinet maker of choice!

In the planning process Dave and Jen were very supportive and helpful. The project crew, Rick and Jack, were with us everyday until completion. They were always pleasant and professional in their work. The custom made cherry cabinets by Ben were absolutely beautiful. The project was a complete restoration including plumbing, electrical, heat, flooring, drywall, windows, and door. Everything was well done and the trim work was so exact. During and after the project Dan and Dave would check in and see how all was going. Any issues were taken care of immediately as our kitchen was their kitchen. Well done.

Dilworth's help me design and remodel the master bath in our house. It turned out beautifully. Dan and Dave were easy to work with and listened to any ideas that I had and were willing to incorporate them into the design and had some very good ones themselves. Their employees were very nice and respectful and there was no inappropriate language. We'd been in our house 25 years at that point and it was the easiest project we've had done to the house. There were no problems during or after the remodel.

I have both worked with and had Dilworth's install cabinets for me at my house. On all levels and on every job I have been involved with Dilworth's has always been excellent. Being a custom hardwood contractor I consistently hear from their customers at the end of jobs, (when stress is usually the highest) and the customers have been very happy with the job each time even through the normal problems.

Do what you say you will do, when you say you will do it, and over deliver on results. That's the approach Dilworth takes. They are not inexpensive, but you do get value for your money. They did our kitchen and we have never regretted a dime of the expense. After hearing horror stories from friends on kitchen makeovers, when Dilworth told us they would be done in 4 weeks, we were skeptical. However, four weeks after project start, despite several unexpected finds behind walls and soffits, we had a new kitchen. And, two years after project completion, I still smile when I walk into the room. Doesn't get much better than that and I can't imagine anyone else delivering on our kitchen as well as Dilworth did.
