Eileen was incredible Kitchen designer for our Kitchen and Basement remodel. She worked tirelessly for us. Since Covid-19 hit just as we were about to start our projects and she is located in Massachusetts and we are in New Hampshire, we were unsure how this all was going to work. However with Eileen's efforts of coming up to personally check off each and every cabinet that came off the 18 wheeler that arrived with all the stock and even at the start of covid with Masks on and in cold weather she made the effort to do this and does for all her clients. Eileen even managed to have our order on a rushed shipment the day before they closed the Canadian/US border so our shipment would get to us on time. Amazing. Even though it was a difficult time for everyone, she was able to do her job between two states, a pandemic and short visits to NH when allowed and through Facetime our projects were not only completed but they are perfect. We are very happy with our kitchen and bar and basement remodel and feel if we had hired anyone else, it would not have been completed with all the enormous challenges facing all of us at that time. If we could give her 10 stars that still would not be enough!

Eileen is the consummate professional - she's a pleasure to work with, she's incredibly creative, highly organized, knowledgeable, precise and caring. She exceeded all of our expectations on every level and her work is impeccable! She really listens to and understands her clients' needs and style. She welcomed our input and thought of details we had not thought of or didn't even know we wanted. She's a great communicator as well as problem-solver and served as our advocate to avoid a potential expensive problem with another vendor. Her formal training combined with years of professional experience and her attention to detail and depth of expertise made her an invaluable resource during our renovation Eileen was prompt and timely with meetings, returning emails/calls and turning around design options. She kept to our budget. She worked well with our builder who we've known for many years and she provided excellent service post-installation. Our renovation project was nothing short of amazing.

Thank god for Eileen. My husband and I went through an 8 month complete kitchen/bathroom gut and renovation from hell, and the shining star in the whole process was Eileen. She had to continually trouble shoot problems created by the contractor. She remained unflappable throughout the entire project, employing her extensive knowledge of design and construction standards. Our dated and inefficient kitchen was in desperate need of a total redo. Creating a functional kitchen layout was our main objective going into this project. Eileen was able to take the space, flip it around and create a kitchen that is most functional as well as beautiful. She asked questions and listened to our responses in order to incorporate all of the features we wanted to include. She guided us through the myriad of appliances, cabinets, flooring, tiles, lighting, plumbing ..etc. She was by my side (at my request) at the stone warehouse and the tile showrooms to help keep me on track and give advice. Eileen’s attention to detail was essential to the project. We wanted a sleek, minimalistic contemporary kitchen. We selected contemporary flat front (slab front) cabinets and didn’t want fillers so it was necessary that the measurements were exact. And they were! Communication with Eileen was excellent - any email/text message was answered very promptly. All my questions were answered and my concerns were addresses. From our initial consultation to the installation of the last drawer pull, Eileen was there, overseeing the project (and sometimes in the trenches) to ensure everything was properly executed and to our satisfaction. She was a pleasure to work with and I can’t thank her enough. Thank you Eileen, I thoroughly enjoy working in my new kitchen.

Eileen has done excellent job of understanding our remodeling needs, and developing several designs to choose from after one or two short sessions. Providing ideas, sharing variety samples definitely helped to finalize the design. Recommended cabinetry and appliances were easy enough to order, and fit design and space. We are happy with with the way remodeling turned out.

My wife and I chose Eileen because of the quality of her designs and also because of her experience and capacity to work with us to develop a kitchen plan that really worked for us. We also liked the fact that her husband is a cabinet maker and could work with us to implement the design, even though in the end we chose pre-made cabinets from a European maker. Eileen was supportive of this decision and willing to work with this cabinet maker. Her patience, knowledge, and attention to detail were wonderful. She came with me to view both stone and synthetic countertop materials. She worked with us to develop a drawer by drawer and shelf by shelf layout of what would go where. And she managed our, often long, decision process with immense grace. In sum she was a pleasure to work with. The kitchen came out even better than we had hoped.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Eileen. We were stuck on the layout and design of our new kitchen, seating area, mudroom, dining room and front hall way, Eileen brought wonderful ideas and insight about what could be done. We incorporated all her ideas and now we love our new first floor. We would, and already have, recommended Eileen for similar projects.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Eileen when we opted to renovate our kitchen. Eileen was instrumental in taking our thoughts and ideas and executing them on paper. The result is stunning! I didn't want my cabinets to be flush throughout and Eileen did a phenomenal job in making sure that this was not the case. I am also happy that she recommended simple shaker type doors, they are beautiful. Her drawings were very helpful in enabling me to see what the end result would be and her pictures of our kitchen speak volumes of her ability to give us exactly what we had hoped for. Our kitchen was in dire need of renovation but we were paralyzed by the enormity of the project. I am an avid cook and baker and finally HAD to take that first step. Of the million decisions I made for this kitchen, undoubtedly the best one I made was to hire Eileen. Immediately, her calm nature put me at ease as we set up a design and began this journey together. Listening was one of her biggest strengths and her kitchen design considered my need for a functional space vs a show room. She was with me every step of the way helping me to make the right decisions. She was physically with me at the appliance store, the granite yard, the kitchen hardware store, and tile store choosing materials. Always reachable and readily accessible. If things went wrong, she always set them right, even at the expense of her company. Whenever I had doubts, she assured me I'd love it when the project was complete ....and she was so right. She was generous with her time and advise and I can't even imagine having done this project without her.

We loved working with Eileen and are very happy with her design. We approached Eileen with a very vague request, "We hate our bedroom, closet, and small bathroom!" Within a week she showed us multiple options. She patiently (and quickly) pulled out of us our wants and preferences. We were very naive on all selections. She made it comfortable and easy. We now have a master suite that exceeded our dreams! As the construction progressed, Eileen was very hands on keeping everyone aligned. She kept us informed of what decisions we needed to make and by when. When we needed help to make decisions, she was always full of ideas and really helpful advice. She made the entire process less intimidating and less stressful than we could have hoped for.

Eileen advised us on a major kitchen project (new construction) as well as the conversion of interior spaces within a Second-Empire house to half- and full bathrooms. She arrived at a very strategic point in our project. We needed someone to help us navigate between the architect (who did not specialize in kitchen design) and the cabinet companies. Without her competitive price assessment of cabinets, we would have been lost. She gave us pragmatic steps to take--focusing on appliances first, then on storage space, etc--that made the enormous project of building a new kitchen much more manageable. Her plan then gave us the flexibility to personalize the room to our tastes. We thought we needed a triangle-based system and pantry; she kindly dissuaded us. She convinced us to convert a storage area into a master bath and provided a beautiful layout. She was always kind, always smart about design, and always a pleasure to work with.
