Our home was struck by lightning and burned in July of 2022. ELM Construction did an amazing job of not only reconstructing our house but helping us make new design decisions. They did everything with a level of high professionalism, and they were kind, too!

Elms team just completed a master bath closet and laundry project for us . Loved the plan they designed and the process was the best we have ever experienced. Would for sure use them again and I think that is the highest compliment you can give !

ELM had a great solution converting our screened porch into a 3 seasons room. Great to work with and great quality. Thanks again to Elliott and his team.

Elliot Pike and the folks at ELM Construction went above and beyond taking care of us throughout the duration of our insurance claim dilemma and it was a dilemma. Extremely professional in explaining the in's and out's of what we should expect and made sure we were "comfortable" with the decisions made prior to beginning the rebuild. Few contractors I have encountered had the bed side manner, if you will, of Elliot (a true talent) and he worked with us during a very difficult/stressful time (we had recently opened two businesses in the Birmingham area and were literally 'all over the place' - mentally, physically, financially and (I am sure) emotionally. I cannot say enough good things about Donovan Gibbens, our Project Manager, who took it upon himself to keep us up to date with any and all updates regarding progression/regression re: our estimated completion, etc. I would highly recommend using these guys/gals for any home improvement needs (large or small) and would trust them with my dollar, any day. Thank you for your patience, understanding and the quality of work you guys promised and fulfilled. You gave us our home back! Thanks, again!

We would highly recommend Elm Construction for any remodeling needs you may have. They replaced our back deck and patio with a porch that was beyond anything we were expecting. Elliott prepared a beautiful design for us and Adam and his crew brought it to fruition. We could tell that they really cared about our project and knew what they were doing. They were always available to us and kind and patient with our requested changes....just a delight to work with. We will definitely use them for our future projects.

We had a wonderful experience working with Elliott, LeArden, Donovan and the rest of the team. We always felt our concerns and needs were addressed, and we were consulted at every step of the process to make sure everything was just how we wanted it. The people who came to work were skilled and conscientious about coming on time and cleaning up each day. Even though this project was our main bathroom we did not feel it caused much chaos in the household at all, mainly because the team did such a good job keeping it clean and tidy. Most importantly, the bathroom turned out better than we imagined! I would recommend them to anyone.

We are ecstatic about our experience with ELM. They added a screen porch and fences to our courtyard and we couldn't be happier about how it turned out. They did a SOLID job and we've received many compliments. Our project manager, Adam, was patient and very helpful working through typical issues that arose. Their sub-contractors were not only professional but friendly and patient to my children's many questions ;-) Finally, though the bid was not the cheapest, it was definitely the most well thought out and we had no surprise expenses. We look forward to using ELM again.

Elm Construction did a fantastic job on our kitchen renovation project! It was a major renovation and from the initial meeting thru the punch list Elm handled everything in a professional and first class manner. Project came in on time and in budget! We will use Elm Construction on our next project.

We hired ELM construction for our master bath remodel last year. Every encounter with their staff was pleasant, courteous and professional. They were very willing to work within the budget we set forth and communication throughout the project was easy and any problems that arose( and they were few ) were quickly and thoroughly addressed and resolved. Our finished bathroom is beautiful. I would use them again without hesitation and have recommended them to friends as well.
