I special ordered tile. I was told it should be in on Friday. I booked my installer for the following Tuesday. I called on Friday only to find the tile had not even been ordered yet so I had to cancel my installation and rebook. When the tile came in I wanted to look at it to make sure it was right because my installer had to move around his schedule to fit me in. They would not let me look at the tile because they were concerned if it was opened and transported it might break. When my tiler arrived to install the tile we found it was the wrong tile. Ordered wrong by my sales person. Again the tiler had to leave and reschedule. He was beyond angry. When the right tile arrived and was installed I was charged an extra $100.00. I asked Empire Kitchen to cover that extra charge but they would not. It makes me wonder why a company like that would risk a negative customer experience for $100.00. The extra charges were no fault of mine. I myself am a Customer Service Manager and I will do anything to ensure my clients are happy. It appears Empire Kitchen doesn’t care about their customersso beware. UPDATE Today I received a call from Chris the General Manager who was very concerned that I had a negative experience. He has agreed to refund the $100.00. I was impressed with his handling of the situation and will use it as a coachable moment for his staff.

We originally worked with Empire to design and construct our kitchen ten years ago. It has definitely stood up to the test of time. Last month we chose to replace one of our appliances and required a new panel and help to install this new “drawer style” microwave. The whole Empire approach made it quick and painless. The panel was a perfect match and the care and attention to detail was exceptional. I would highly recommend Pete Wayne and Scott for their outstanding service.

We hired Empire Kitchen and Bath to reno our kitchen over a 4 month period while we were out of the country which involved removing all existing cabinetry and installing all new appliances. They also upgraded our family area fireplace and cabinets and also installed new cabinets in the MB. We were kept appraised by email, with weekly updates and accompanying pictures. The work proceeded smoothly, with minimal issues and the few that arose were handled promptly and very much to our satisfaction. Empire kitchen staff were responsive, engaged, knowledgeable and most importantly, very available both on the phone and via email and being away from the property the forgoing provided us considerable comfort that things were managed to our satisfaction. They also armed and disarmed the residential alarm system daily, collected our stacked our mail . They even too the time to re-instate the furniture and our kitchen items (cutlery, crockery and dishware and spices) so that when we returned home late on a Friday night, we were pleasantly surprised that we were returning to a home that was ready for us to step into with no additional work. What was also apparent from the weekly pictures was that housekeeping was excellent and they cleaned as they went which is always the sign of a disciplined and well organized crew. Ultimately the work was completed on schedule and on budget - we have out dream kitchen, and the fact that we were away from home and not directly monitoring the work made no difference! We would highly recommend Empire Kitchen and Bath and are fans,

Mark was a real pleasure to work with and listened carefully to our requirements on renovating our kitchen, bathrooms and shower renovations. He choose various options of tiles, came to the house and gave us advice on what he thought would look the best and align with the current colour scheme. He also advised the tiling contractor on all the tile directions to ensure the finished job was aethestically pleasing. We were extremely pleased with the final outcome of the renovations and all the design elements on tile selection.

Empire Kitchen and Bath worked with my wife and I in our new custom home to create a kitchen in which we love to live, entertain and cook; and bathrooms that are a peaceful sanctuary in which to relax. We had an extensive kitchen renovation done by Empire Kitchen and Bath and found the company to have experience and knowledge with regards to their products and services provided.The deadline was extended but as the work being done was in an older home this was not entirely unexpected. We found Mark Cayen the kitchen designer to be very professional and easy to work with and he went out of his way to explain any questions we had and was always very punctual in his response.His design looks amazing and the kitchen is very user friendly. During the process Sean the project manager was always around and provided valuable feedback to us.

Mark Cayen from Empire Kitchen worked with us on kitchen and butler's backsplashes for our new home. We found him very professional and knowledgeable at the same time. We had few meetings and he was never rushed and "pushy" with any of the designs we were considering. He created the template for our design. We found Mark, ( designer) to be personable,and very talented . He understood what we wanted and made a possibly overwhelming experience run very smoothly. This was our second project with Empire and we found the entire staff Sean, Jamie to be well scheduled , helpful and accommodating.

Empire has completed three different renovation projects for us in two different homes over the past 20 years. Each time we were pleased with the results and enjoyed working with the Empire team so we keep going back to them. They offer a comprehensive home renovation service which we appreciate. Our most recent renovation involved refreshing the main and second floors which included a completely new kitchen and upstairs bathroom - both of which we love.
