Your representation of the events are false and complete lies. I have always been available to you. Through my showroom, cell phone, business phone, emails, text, and job site vists. Let’s talk about how we met. I was referred to you by your brother. You loved the higher end cabinetry he bought and decided you wanted to purchase the same quality. Later after discussion with your wife, you decided to buy a middle of the road line of cabinetry with similar construction aspects.
On 12/17 you wrote me an email and then immediately called me, you opened a few boxes and found a few warranty items. I asked you which cabinets they were on and started the warranty process for them. Then on 12/18 you wrote another email and again immediately called me, you wanted to return all the cabinetry and stated to me on the phone you only opened up a few boxes and you would find fault with every cabinet box once you opened them. You stating I did not respond to you is a complete lie. You demanded I get you an answer during the holiday time when this is not a typical event and when many companies are closed. You made it clear to me through emails and phone calls that the warranty items that I would replace and have done so for other people would not fit your needs. You would not accept anything but a full return of the cabinetry, which is not a typical situation. I repeatedly told you this is not something that will happen overnight. Furthermore, I did not know if the company would take back your cabinetry, based on the warranty concerns you brought up. Then you decided to try to go through the credit card companies, make claims I mislead you, and try to prove everything I did was wrong.
You were shown the cabinetry more than once. You were shown it installed in my showroom. You signed a contract specifically stating all the specifications of your cabinetry. We went over this in person at your home. Your claims of how your cabinetry is constructed is misleading and wrong. For a better example please review the following website:
I will not let you tarnish my reputation and my business's reputation. This business is a product of my family's long-standing tradition of building quality homes, renovations, and outstanding kitchens. It is tradition that I hold dear to me.
